# The Forgotten Kingdom

Long ago, beyond the borders of every known map, there existed a magnificent kingdom called Eldoria. Surrounded by ancient forests, towering mountains, and a vast silver sea, Eldoria was once a land of prosperity, magic, and peace. Its people lived under the protection of a powerful royal family who possessed an ancient magic said to have been given to them by the stars themselves. But one night, the kingdom vanished without a trace.

Centuries later, Eldoria has become nothing more than a forgotten legend. Most people believe it never existed, while old storytellers speak of a mysterious kingdom that disappeared after a terrible curse was unleashed. Yet the truth remains buried beneath the ruins of the past.

A young traveler named Arin discovers an ancient map hidden inside a forgotten family heirloom. The map reveals a path to a place that should not exist—a hidden valley surrounded by mountains and protected by mysterious symbols. Driven by curiosity and haunted by strange dreams, Arin follows the map and discovers the entrance to Eldoria.

Inside the forgotten kingdom, Arin finds abandoned castles, enchanted forests, ancient creatures, and the remains of a civilization frozen in time. But Eldoria is not truly dead. Its ancient magic is beginning to awaken, and something dark has been waiting beneath the kingdom for hundreds of years.

As Arin searches for answers, they uncover a shocking secret: the disappearance of Eldoria was not caused by a natural disaster or ordinary curse. The kingdom was deliberately hidden to protect the world from an ancient power that its rulers could not destroy.

Now that the kingdom has been found, the seal protecting that power is weakening.

With the help of a mysterious warrior, a rebellious young sorcerer, and an ancient guardian who remembers the kingdom's final night, Arin must uncover the truth about Eldoria before its forgotten enemy returns. Along the way, Arin discovers that the map, the strange dreams, and the kingdom itself are connected to a secret about their own past.

The fate of the forgotten kingdom—and perhaps the entire world—will depend on whether Arin can restore what was lost, break the ancient curse, and face the darkness that history tried to erase.

*The Forgotten Kingdom* is a fantasy adventure filled with ancient magic, lost civilizations, hidden secrets, dangerous journeys, friendship, betrayal, and the discovery of a destiny that has remained hidden for generations.

The Map Beneath the Floor
The Forgotten Kingdom Episode 1: The Map Beneath the Floor The rain had been falling for three days. In the small mountain village of Ravenmere, the streets had turned into rivers of mud, and the gray clouds covered the peaks like a dark blanket. Most people stayed inside, waiting for the storm to pass. But Arin had always hated staying inside. At twenty-three, Arin spent most days exploring the old forests surrounding the village, searching for forgotten ruins, unusual stones, and anything that might prove the old legends were more than stories. His grandfather had taught him that. "Every legend begins with something someone once saw," the old man used to say. Now his grandfather was gone. And the old house belonged to Arin. On the third night of the storm, Arin sat alone beside the fireplace, sorting through his grandfather's belongings. Dust covered nearly everything. Old books filled the shelves, their pages yellow with age. Rusted tools hung on the walls. A broken compass rested inside a wooden box. Arin picked it up. The needle wasn't pointing north. It was pointing toward the floor. He frowned. "That's strange." He placed the compass on the table. The needle immediately swung toward the eastern corner of the room. Arin followed it. There was nothing there except an old wooden cabinet. He moved the cabinet aside. Beneath it, he noticed something carved into the floor. A symbol. A circle surrounded by seven small stars. Arin had seen it before. It appeared in several of his grandfather's notebooks. He knelt down and brushed away the dust. The wooden floor sounded hollow. Arin froze. He grabbed a small iron tool and carefully lifted the wooden plank. Beneath it was a narrow compartment. Inside lay a black leather box. His heart began to beat faster. He opened it. There was a letter. And beneath the letter was a rolled piece of parchment. Arin unfolded the letter first. The handwriting was unmistakably his grandfather's. "Arin," "If you are reading this, then I am no longer here to protect you." Arin swallowed. He continued. "There is something I kept hidden from you because I believed the kingdom would remain forgotten." "I was wrong." "Do not trust anyone who tells you Eldoria never existed." Arin stared at the name. Eldoria. The Forgotten Kingdom. A story from his childhood. A kingdom supposedly swallowed by the mountains hundreds of years ago. He unrolled the parchment. It was a map. But it wasn't like any map Arin had ever seen. Mountains were drawn in black ink. Rivers were marked with silver lines. Strange symbols covered the edges. At the center was a valley. And beneath it, written in an ancient language, were three words. THE KINGDOM REMEMBERS. Suddenly, the compass on the table began to shake. Arin turned. The needle spun rapidly. Then it pointed directly toward the eastern mountains. A loud c***k echoed through the house. The fireplace went dark. Arin stood. "Who's there?" Silence. Then came another sound. Three knocks. From the front door. Arin slowly reached for the old sword hanging above the fireplace. Another three knocks. He approached the door. "Who is it?" No answer. He opened it. Nobody was there. Only rain. Arin stepped outside. Then he noticed footprints in the mud. They led from the road to his house. But they did not lead away. Someone had come to his door. And somehow, they had disappeared. Arin looked toward the mountains. A flash of lightning illuminated the sky. For a fraction of a second, he saw something impossible. A tower. Standing on the distant mountain ridge. It wasn't there yesterday. Arin's breath caught. The tower disappeared with the lightning. He ran back inside and grabbed the map. The symbol on the parchment had changed. A new line had appeared. A path leading from Ravenmere directly into the mountains. At the end of the path was a single black mark. Arin recognized it immediately. It was the same symbol carved beneath his floor. His grandfather's final words echoed in his mind. "If the kingdom calls you, do not answer." Arin looked toward the dark mountains. Then he looked at the map. He knew he should burn it. He knew he should forget everything. Instead, he packed a bag. Before dawn, Arin left Ravenmere. He followed the hidden path into the mountains. The rain had stopped. The forest was silent. Too silent. After several hours, Arin reached a massive stone arch covered in moss. Ancient symbols were carved into its surface. He touched one. The symbols began to glow. A deep rumble moved beneath his feet. The ground shook. The stone arch slowly opened. Beyond it was a valley that should not have existed. Silver trees covered the hills. Blue lights floated above the ground like stars. And in the distance stood a magnificent castle surrounded by enormous walls. Eldoria. The Forgotten Kingdom. Arin stared in disbelief. Then a voice spoke behind him. "You shouldn't have come." Arin turned. A woman stood among the trees, holding a sword. Her eyes were fixed on the map in his hand. "Who are you?" Arin asked. She raised her sword. "My name is Lyra." She looked toward the castle. "And if that map brought you here, then the darkness has finally found a way back." A deep roar echoed from beneath the valley. The ground trembled. The castle bells began to ring. One. Two. Three. Across the distant walls, thousands of blue lights suddenly appeared. Lyra's face turned pale. "They know you're here." Arin looked at the ancient kingdom before him. For centuries, Eldoria had been forgotten. But now it was awake. And something inside it was waiting for him. To be continued...
