Vera's POV
One night while confined in the basement as a prisoner, Claudia appeared to me again in a dream. This dream was just the same as the last one, but it's different in a way that had me scared to death. Claudia cried helplessly in the dream, she wanted me to do something but I barely understood what it was.
Suddenly, heat rushed through my body, my skin all sweaty, and I came back to reality. My eyes opened towards the ceiling. The fan was still, and it was daylight. The duvet over my body was causing the heat, I guess, so I pulled it away.
