AWAKE

"What's happening?" Hoseok asked the others as he looked at Jimin's shocked expression from afar. "Dude, we're all standing here, how do you expect us to know what's happening?" Yoongi snapped. "I can't see clearly," Jin hissed from behind Hoseok. They were all hiding by the bungalow's left side wall looking sneakily on the drama up front. "Guys," Namjoon started. He stood straight, arms were rolled on his chest looking at the backs of the four eavesdroppers, "we should give them some privacy." "We are giving them privacy," Jin answered. "But--." "Ssshh! Jimin turned back around," Hoseok murmured. "Where?" Namjoon let out as he pushed himself in to the others to finally see what's happening. "Don't say words you don't actually mean," Jimin said as he turned to face Aimee. She couldn't take it. The emotional pain spreading throughout her entire body like wild fire burning her very skin made her shiver even more. What she hated even more was the fact that his eyes didn't have any hint of anger on them. Just pure pain. And that made her took a hesitant step towards him, when he didn't back away she took all her courage and hugged him as she buried her face on his chest. It felt warm just feeling his body close to her but that moment had soon ended when she felt his arms on her shoulder as he pushed her apart from him. "I can't trust you right now Aimee," he said looking straight at her. "But--," she tried to hold onto him but Jimin was fast to shove her hands off. "That's it!" Yoongi growled as he stomped his way towards the two. The others called after Yoongi but it's either he didn't heard them or he just ignored them, --most likely it's the latter. Aimee saw Yoongi heading towards them and she could sense panic inside her. She needed more time to talk to Jimin to convince him that she already changed. "Jimin please," she pleaded. "Come on Jimin," Yoongi called from behind when he was close enough. "Hyung," Jimin said turning to the older guy. "Yoongi please, just let me talk to him," Aimee begged to the man but she knew that he wouldn't waver. "We already let you talked to him, and it seemed like you made him even more upset." "I love him please just--." Yoongi chuckled and smirked at Aimee, his hand held tightly on Jimin who was just standing there watching her every reactions. "It would take more than just words to prove that," Yoongi snapped and she pressed her lips together. He was right. Yoongi was right and she couldn't disagree with that. "Prove it," Jimin suddenly spoke making the other two to dart their eyes on him. From her shocked expression, her face turned soft as she finally understood. If would take days, weeks, months or even years in order for him to believe her feelings, but she will do it. She gets it. "I will," Aimee said with a determined voice. "Good," Yoongi said as he dragged Jimin away from Aimee. She will prove herself. She can't let a guy like him go just like that. --- "Hello?" Hoseok answered his phone that suddenly rang. Jimin and Yoongi were already approaching the group just in time for them to hear the panicked Hoseok talking on his phone. "Yes, this is his assitant." "What do you mean 'the police'?" "Hospital?" "Where?" "What happened?" "Are you sure---." "Oh, God." "Okay we're on our way now." "Thanks." And then he turned to the group of guys looking intently at him with worried eyes and heavy breaths. "Y/N and Jungkook are at the hospital right now," he finally let out. --- Were you in heaven? Nope. Probably not because you could still feel the sting on your shoulder from the injection earlier and your head was still heavy due to the drug running through your veins. But why it's so white and bright here?-- Hospital. You're in the hospital. "Jung--ah--" You sat up from the bed calling weakly for Jungkook but your head suddenly felt like it has been smashed into pieces causing you to let out a low whimper. "Y/N, are you okay?" Hoseok was suddenly beside you holding you in place. "We'll have you transferred to a private room as soon as there's a vacancy--." "J-jungg-k-kook?" You stuttered. Hoseok didn't immediately answered, his eyes went down on his feet as if hiding the pain on his face. "W-where?!" You wanted to scream but your voice was weak. "He's--." But before Hoseok could even finish his sentence, you were already on your feet, stumbling your way towards the door into the hallway of the hospital. "Where?" "Y/N wait!" Hoseok called out before you, "the room to your right," he said just as you reached the third or maybe fourth room from yours(?), you didn't know anymore and you didn't care even. You just wanted to see him. Slamming the door open you strode your way towards the bed where his body laid still, the white colored blanket covered his body up to his face hiding every inch of him. Why isn't he moving? Why isn't he breathing? "N-no, no, no, no, no!" You screamed with all your might, legs suddenly wobbled until you felt no strength to even stand anymore. You let your body slumped on the cold floor, hands covering your face as you sobbed loudly. It was as if you couldn't breath anymore, your chest felt like it has this rope with thorns on it, wrapped fine and tight near your heart making it hard and painful to breath. You whole body felt numb and pained all at the same time. So painful that you were almost afraid that if you'd move you would suddenly broke into a million pieces. But maybe it was better that way. It's better to just die right now and to not to be able to face this whole world without him. It was all your fault. It was all on you. And you won't be able to forgive yourself forever. You weren't even married for real for crying out loud! You wished you could have married him for real. With real a Reverend, real contract, real vows. But now that will never happen. And even though you'd cry buckets of tears, nothing will ever bring him back to you. "JUNGKOOK!" you sobbed through your tears, calling loud for him as if doing so would make him answer you. . . . "Y/N?" ~~~
