EARTHQUAKE OF GLORY

Three months after the examination, the most anticipated day arrived — RESULT DAY! 📢📢📢 The entire town of Ilorin gathered at Ansarudeen Grammar School compound. Chiefs, Elders, Parents, Students and Neighbours thronged the venue. The atmosphere was thick with anxiety, expectation and tension.

Mama Risqat arrived early dressed in expensive lace, bragging loudly to everyone: "My Taiwo and Kehinde will surely be the Best! Wealth and Wisdom belong only to the Rich." Folashade arrived in a sleek car escorted by her father, the richest Chief in town. Sekinat stood silently at the back in her clean uniform, calm and composed like a River before the Storm.

Madam Grace stood before the microphone. Her voice echoed across the field:

"LISTEN PEOPLE OF ILORIN! For too long we have believed that Money buys Intelligence and Poverty equals Failure. TODAY WE SHALL SEE THE ABSOLUTE TRUTH."

She began announcing the results one after another:

❌ FOLASHADE: DISQUALIFIED FOR EXAMINATION MALPRACTICE + FAILED IN 6 SUBJECTS.

❌ TAIWO: POOR GRADES (PASS ONLY IN ISLAMIC STUDIES).

❌ KEHINDE: FAILED MATHEMATICS & ENGLISH LANGUAGE.

Laughter and murmurs rose from the crowd. Mama Risqat began to tremble violently. Folashade hid her face in shame and wept bitterly.

Then Madam Grace raised her voice to the highest pitch that shook the entire compound:

✅ RANK: BEST STUDENT IN KWARA STATE.

✅ AWARD: FEDERAL GOVERNMENT SCHOLARSHIP.

THE GROUND SHOOK WITH WILD SHOUTS OF AMAZEMENT! 🗣️😱

"THE BAREFOOTED GIRL IS NOW THE QUEEN!"

"FROM DUST TO DIAMOND!"

"ALLAH IS INDEED THE GREATEST!"

Mama Risqat fell flat on the ground fainting out of Shock and Shame. Taiwo and Kehinde covered their faces and ran away in disgrace. Folashade collapsed in envy and anger.

Sekinat walked slowly to the podium with tears of pure Joy streaming down her cheeks. She raised both hands towards Heaven and shouted loudly: "ALLAHU AKBAR! YOU HAVE TURNED MY NIGHT INTO GLORIOUS DAY!"

People who once spat at her and called her Beggar now bowed respectfully before her. The King of Ilorin sent special emissaries to honour her. Journalists rushed to interview the "Girl Who Defied All Odds". Sekinat remained humble, giving all Glory to Allah and honouring Madam Grace and Mr. Johnson as her true Parents.

She proceeded to the University of Ilorin to study Agricultural Science fully sponsored by the Federal Government. Her story spread throughout Nigeria becoming a symbol of HOPE AND RESILIENCE for every suffering child.
