CHAPTER THIRTY-TWO
Serge Kardashian was the next link in the chain I intended to follow from the bottom up. I wanted to establish surveillance on him to see what developed. After leaving Sims, I drove straight over to the office tower at 5900 Wilshire Boulevard. When I got there, I found a parking space on South Genesee near the exit of the parking structure on South Ogden. I called Spot On Talent Agency on my mobile, identified myself as an assistant to Hollywood producer Joe Silver, and asked for Kardashian. The operator transferred me. When Kardashian answered, I hung up. I’d only wanted to confirm he was in the office. Then I got out and walked to the front of the office building and loitered around the entrance. I had on a polo shirt and jeans along with my Dodgers cap and sunglasses
