My First day

I stood standing out side the car alone in front of this huge house waiting, waiting on what will come next a few minutes pass and a young girl around my age comes skipping out of the house towards me.

"Phoebe right?"

"yes mam" i replied looking at my feet trying to look like no threat.

"None of that mam stuff call me oval" she smiles at me "I'm the one that looks after all the new omega women anything you need ask me i report to the Alpha"

" yes Oval "

" please look at me i don't bite" as i looked up oval looked at me with kind eyes well i think it was i have never seen kind eyes before.

"Good now follow me you will be living down in the basement with the rest of the omegas."Oh no this is gonna be like a prison camp i thought to myself as we walked up the stairs towards the front door as we walked in all i saw was elegance silver white and pale blue everywhere. there is a staircase to the right of the hall going up to the second floor I'm guessing too the left of me was a hallway that went around the corner and in front was a long corridor. we followed the long corridor as oval spoke.

" To the left that corridor goes to the  unmated warrior's bedrooms second floor up the stairs goes to the mated warriors room that don't have pups yet third floor are for visitors guest rooms forth is high rank the top floor is for alphas only" 

"got it" i said under my breath i hope she didn't hear me that was a bit casual i don't want to be beaten on my first day.

"the way we are going is to the kitchen dining hall we also have an outside ball room in the back you just go through the back door by the kitchen and over here is the door for the basement" I'm really going back to live in a basement at my own mates pack the only good thing is at least there will be other people maybe someone will want to be my friend.As we walked down the stairs i noticed it forks in different directions B1 to the right and G2 to the left.as we turned down towards the left we walked through double doors guarded by two large men i was shocked at what i saw everyone had there own little stalls they wasn't like four walls and a room just walls between people abit 4ft high just to give a bit of privacy.it was bright colourful there was a tv on one side and games on the other a door or the far end that said showers and another that says rest room there is also curtains between each stall you can put around for privacy if you want.

" so this is the girls/womens side of the basement this is not a prison you can come and go as you please you just have to tell the guard at the front of the doors so they know showers are over there restroom there tv there your stall is let's see" she said as she scanned the paper she had "A8 right over here come" she pointed me in the direction it was a cute little stall an actual bed only room for one person but that more than i have ever had before better than my cushions there was a little tv around 32 inches attached to the end of the bed with headphones attached a chest of draws next to the bed and a large cabinet on the other side i turned to thank Oval with tears in my eyes but she spoke first 

"oh pudding dont cry this is not prison and it's not a cell you can make it how you feel comfortable omegas are only in the basement for safety even though we have everyone from ages 5 to 75 training omegas train less because of work so if there was an attack we keep omegas down here unless the pack house gets breached also its handy when you guys wake before everyone else it makes it easier for everyone else " she gives me a hug at that and i burst into silent tears she rubbed my back which made me cry more i have never been cared for like this before 

"Thank you so much this means alot to me" i sniffled out 

"don't worry pudding  right LIZZY " She shouted " LIZZY there you are come here right phoebe this is lizzy she is one of your next door neighbors and will work with you for the next week and we will see how you do we will start with laundry in the laundry room start at 6 30 am lizzy will be your mentor is that ok?" 

" Yes thank you see you then and thank you very much" with a smile oval walked away and left me standing there with lizzy not knowing what to say.

"SOOO......where you from?" lizzy asked me she is a very attractive girl I'm sure she won't want to be my friend.

" Im from Emerald moon pack in the west"

"oh cool yeah i know the place so what do you do for fun?"

" Fun umm... i dunno really i never had time off so i never had time to have fun"

" What really that sucks well we can figure out what you like you hungry I'm about to order takeout?"

"i have no money but thank you"

" oh don't sweat i got you pizza good?" 

"thank you i'll pay you back i promise" 

"like i said don't worry you can just get the next one when you get paid "i nodded my head "anyway pizza will be 10 wanna pick a show or film I'm watching harry potter at the moment" i have no idea of any tv programs' or films so i just went along not wanting to seem strange.

"harry potter sounds good don't think i seen that one"

"WHAT!!!! right we are starting from the beginning basically its about a young wizard well he doesnt know hes a wizard till hagrid comes and knocks his door down and tells him he basically goes to wizard school hogwarts and trains to be a wizard and this creepy guy with no nose he shall not be named tries to kill him" as she's describing this harry potter i can't help but smile i think i actually have a friend she's sat on my bed putting the tv on waiting for take out only in my wildest dream i thought this would happen.

"oh pizza here start the film ill get plates" she says as she runs to the guards to get the pizza i press the play button on the tv and start watching we sat there for 3 movies of this harry potter eating pizza i hadn't eaten food in 4 days so i couldn't eat much but it was amazing my  new friend lizzy was abit worried when i winced as i lay back on the bed but i played it off after the third movie lizzy noticed i was almost asleep and decided that was enough.

" right ill wake you at 6 so we can get showered before work your new uniform is in your draws night phoebes" she said as she left my stall to go to hers i sat there and realised how happy i was i might not have family i might not have a mate but i now have a friend and a bed that's all i could ever wish for. I looked in the trash bag i had with me and found one set of old pjs one set of hand me down clothes and one set of trainers and 2 pairs of underwear and one pair of socks toothbrush and hair brush. I don't know why i felt like a kid on christmas i put my clothes away and put on my pjs before hopping into bed under covers i never have had covers or a pillow and before i knew it i fell asleep into deam land where a stunning large black wolf with a tail that had multiple rings of different colours on it stared at me he had amazing blue eyes i thought i recognized them.I hope tomorrow will be a good day.
