first day on the job

I was woken up by Lizzy giving me a shaking.Last night was the first time in 13 years i have slept well and in a bed!

"phoebe wake up we still got to have a shower before work you don't want to be late on your first day!"

I shoot out of bed like i had been stung by a wasp. There is no way in hell I'm going to be late on my first day!

"Sorry I'm up! are we late?" 

"no we got plenty of time we got half hour before we need to be in the laundry room and that just around the corner. we got plenty of time for a quick shower!"

"oh good i really don't want to be late on my first day I'm on the Alphas naughty list as it is!" I couldn't control what came out of my mouth how did i become so comfortable with this women i have had no friends my whole life and now I'm sat here being sarcastic about her Alpha!

"HAHA he can be a grumpy man let's get ready then before you get in more trouble " She laughed at me which made breathe again. I think i might actually have a friend! 

As we gathered up our towels and stuff Lizzy showed me the showers again it was like communal showers but had curtains around for privacy which i was happy for i can not let anyone see my scars. the words my mother told me stuck! as Lizzy got in the shower she pulled her curtain round so i quickly undressed as fast as i could and hopped in and put the curtain all the way around me. I quickly scrubbed my self as fast as i could as i needed to get out before Lizzy and get dressed to cover myself.I finished up turned the shower off and listened i could still hear Lizzy singing and showering so hopped out and quickly got my new uniform on. It was quite a nice uniform to be honest it was pale blue trousers with a grey tunic with white and blue stripes on the sleeves one problem was it was short sleeve luckily i had a white long sleeve top i could put under it.

Just as i was starting to brush my hair Lizzy got out.

" You are quick"

"umm... well you didn't have much time to shower back home so it must be habiti guess" I lied i couldn't believe i lied so quickly and easily i have never lied in my life i new it would course a worse beating.

"oh fair enough we got about 15 mins so ill quickly get dressed and we will head off ok?"

"ok"

And with that she drops her towel and just stands there butt ass naked. I was so shocked i closed my eyes and turned around.

"HEY!!! im not that bad" she laughed " I'm guessing you also haven't shifted yet if your scared of a bit of nudity " she chuckled 

"no i only turned 18 two days ago and its been busy i havent had time"

"What well tonight ill take you for your first shift lucy could really do with letting off some steam"

" Is that your wolfs name Lucy?"

" yeah she can be annoying some time i turned 18 about 5 months ago the first shift is so painful"

Just then we hear an alarm go off "oh s**t its 6 30 we best get moving"and with that we walk to the laundry room I'm glad are conversation was interrupted as i didn't want to explain how my wolfs left me already. Selene still hasnt spoke to me since my birthday i can't even feel her anymore so i guess I'm the first person to have a wolf leave them in under 24 hours just my luck. ill have to make up an excuse later why i can't go!

As we walked in there was pile on piles of laundry .

"Right lets get started how about you sort through whites and darks and wools ill load up these are just the warriors we have another side that has all the betas gammas and alphas and kerrys and omegas are over there" there is that name again kerry im guessing the Alphas girlfriend by the sound of it i hear a slight howl in the back of my head i think I'm starting to hear things.I should be happy the Alpha is being nice enough to give me a bed and work i haven't had a bad time yet...

The day goes by smoothly we have the radio on and we are singing and dancing well Lizzy's singing I'm humming but its nice we get breaks for each meal but we decided to stay and get the work done so we had less to do tomorrow Lizzy mink link another omega to bring our meals they was also kind. To be honest i haven't heard or felt anything bad since i been hear. just as 8pm hit we had finished all the laundry of course tomorrow it will be the same. As we was leaving i could smell fresh rain and fresh cut grass and it was getting closer the panic started to rise in my head i could feel fear once again i instantly put my head top the floor and waited....
