The following morning, the girls were up early. After the activities from the night before: Melissa's engagement, Lisa’s new love, and the horrible showdown with Mario, they had hardly slept. They were sitting eating breakfast, two girls on each bed when there was a knock on the door.
Melissa opened it and was surprised to see Edwaldo standing there with a tall, good looking, blond-haired man. She wondered if she and Lisa were in trouble. Remembering the fight, the previous night, she guessed that they were in for a considerable telling off, a reprimand, or maybe even a fine of some sort.

"May we come in?" Edwaldo asked. His tone gave away no hint as to his visit nor the identification of the stranger.
