Waking up in the morning I look over to see Freya still asleep. I get up and get dressed. Leaving a note on the pillow next to her saying “Take a hot bath to relax and get some good food. You can use my clothes. Take it easy today. Luv ya. Cynthia.”
I walk out of my room to the kitchen to grab some food. I grab a plate full of bacon and eggs. I eat then head to the Alpha’s office. When I arrive I knock on the door.
Hearing a “come in” I open the door.
“Good morning Alpha,” I say.
“So you shifted early.”
“Yeah, I did. My wolf’s name is Gypsy.”
“Can I talk to her?”
I nod. “Gypsy the Alpha will like to talk to you.” After I say that I feel her take control.
Klaus’s pov
I see Cynthia nod before her eyes turn gold and her eyes roam around my office. Before they settle on me.
“Gypsy right?”
She nods in reply.
“How did you awaken early?”
“The Moon Goddess wanted me to heal someone.” She states.
“Who did she want you to heal?”
“The Tiger of Death.”
“Why would she want you to heal a Tiger of Death?”
“It wasn’t her time to die.”
“Is the Tiger of Death dangerous?” I ask. Wanting to make sure I didn’t have a threat to worry about.
“Only to our enemies.”
After she said that I saw her eyes turn back to their original color, indicating that she gave control back to Cynthia. Then she asked, “May I please be excused?”
When she left I started thinking about a tiger of death. Would this tiger be evil? Was she placed under a curse? Was she a part of my pack? Was she my enemy?
“She is an ally.” I heard my wolf Nick speak up.
“How do you know?”
“I know because I was told.”
“By who?”
“The Moon Goddess. She said the Tiger of Death is our Ally and that she would come into her powers at 18.”
“When did she talk to you?” I asked him.
“Last night.”
With that, he retreated to the back of my mind.
Cynthia’s pov
After I left the Alpha’s office I headed to the kitchen to get Freya something to eat.
“Maze, can you meet me in my room?” I ask Maze through the pack link.
After a few minutes, she replies “Cynthia? When did you wake up? Why didn’t the doctors contact me? Have you seen Freya? She hasn’t talked to me since dinner.”
“I woke up last night and the doctors are probably busy after the attack,” I tell her.
“Yeah probably.”
I cut the link off as I grab a plate. She will be starving when she wakes up.” I hear Gypsy speak up.
“Okay” I make 6 ham sandwiches. I grab a bag of potato chips, 6 pops, and some carrots. I cut up some apples and grab some ranch and caramel.
When I got back to my room I unlocked the door and see Freya still asleep. I set the food on my nightstand.
I walk into my closet and grab a t-shirt and sweatpants. “Hey it's time to wake up,” I say as I shake her shoulder slightly.
“Hmmm letter mmmeeee sleeeeap pleassssse,” she mumbles.
“No, you need to wake up. You’ve been asleep for a long time, you need to eat.”
“You got food?” she questions opening one eye halfway.
“Yes, I got food?”
“You do?” She says excitedly.
“Go ahead and eat. ” I say as I point at the food. “But put some clothes on.”
She gets up and puts the clothes on after I turn around. When she’s dressed she grabs a sandwich and the chips, putting some chips on her sandwich she eats in and grabs another one. After she eats 3 sandwiches she eats the apples and carrots.
By the time she’s done, I hear a knock on the door. After a minute Maze enters.
“Hey. Why is Freya here?” she says.
“She’s here because she died last night. My wolf and I brought her back to life.” When I said that both their eyes went wide.
“I-I-I dddied?” Freya stuttered.
“Yes. You should be able to remember when your tiger gets more energy. Right now she is very weak.”
“Why didn’t you tell me last night?” Maze growls.
“Because by the time I healed her and helped in the battle I was completely exhausted.”
She narrows her eyes at me, “You should have told me.” she growls.
After she said that Gypsy took over but I could still see what she was doing. “You try shifting in the mortal realm for the first time and fight, then bring someone back to life. Then join a battle.” She growled at Maze.
“It doesn’t take long to mindlink me.”
Gypsy gives control back to me. “Yeah you're right but she was asleep and I was exhausted. I’m sorry.”
“Thanks. So what's your wolf’s name?” she asks.
“Oooo I wanna know tooo,” Freya speaks up.
“Gypsy,” I say.
“Cool name wolfy.” Maze said as she stretched over my couch.
“How do you feel Freya?”
“Tired, and empty.”
“You can share energy to help her. Just hold hands with her and imagine your energy going into her.” Gypsy said in my mind.
“My wolf says I can share energy with you. Can I have your hand for a minute?” I say. She holds her hands out and I grab them, closing my eyes and imagining my energy traveling into her.
Feeling a warm tingling sensation travel down my arm I open my eyes. Seeing my veins are gold. The energy jumps from my hand into her hand and goes up to her arm through her veins. Her eyes have a gold ring around them.
“How do you feel now?” I ask.
“Better.”
“We need to get back to the cabin. The kids have been alone long enough.” Maze speaks up.
“Okay, I’ll meet you there. I need to stop by the doctor's office and put the dishes in the kitchen.” I tell them.
After they leave I grab the dirty dishes and walk out of my room making sure to lock the door.

After I put the dishes in the sink I went to the doctor. I walk into the room that was assigned to me and grab the stuff Maze and Freya left for me. I walk back into the hall and walk to the check-in check-out desk.
“I would like to check out,” I told the nurse there.
“Okay, name please.”
“Cynthia Morningstar.”
“Oh, the doctor wanted to talk to you.”
“The doctor?” I ask.
“Doctor Mike,” she tells me.
When she tells me that I walk towards the doctor’s office. When I knock I hear a “come in.”
“The nurse said you wanted to see me.”
He looks up at me. “Oh yes, I did. I wanted to know how you healed so fast and where did you go last night?”
I shrug “I’m a fast healer and I walked out.”
“Well, you need a check-up before you can get checked out.”
“Fine, let's get this over with.”
He leads me back to the room that was assigned to me. “Why don’t you go ahead and sit on the bed.”
I sit down on the bed and swing my legs back and forth while I wait for him.
