Odette POV
…And please don’t stall I do not have the time for your non-sense. Not anymore.” He states before turning and leaving, before I can finish processing what he just said two guards come in roughly scooping me up by my arms, I have no energy to fight them, and I know it would only make things worse for me at the moment. The drag me up and through the many halls not even paying any mind to the fact I can’t keep up with them. “I-I can walk myself I won’t run, just show me where to go..” they come to a stop their eyes going blank, ‘of course mind linking, I wish I had gotten my wolf I would have been able to call out to my mom’ maybe I wouldn’t be in this mess I roll my eyes thinking of all the trouble that could’ve been avoided if I just had stayed in my room, never snuck out, not worried about the party. I was caught in my thoughts when they let go and I fall to my knees ‘wow I guess I didn’t know they were actually holding me up’.
“Get up, you will be having a quick lunch and then heading to the airport.”
“I-I’m not hungry.” I state silently.
“The omega assigned to you said you did not eat your breakfast the alpha will not be happy you must eat something, let’s go now.” He grumbles. I can only muster up what little energy I have left to nod quietly as we begin a steady walk to what I presume the dining hall.
Upon the doors opening there’s loud chatter and laughter I see kids playing, and teenagers gossiping about everything that happened at school this week. ‘Goddess how I miss my friends, I wonder if we would be sitting in the pack house right now, talking about Mrs.Hallow how she’s always nagging us about “school is the most important thing ‘if you’re not studying you’re a failure and if you’re a failure well maybe you should study’ we’d always laugh because what kind of a saying is that’ I’m so lost in my thoughts I don’t even notice that once again I have silenced a room with my presence alone. ‘Seriously what the h*ll is with this place’.
The guards usher me over to a table, I take a seat as an omega brings me a plate filled with chicken, potato’s, and once again some more fruit. I can’t lie the food does look good and I probably should eat considering it’s been 3 days since I’ve had anything but my appetite just isn’t there. I begin taking small bites and soon devouring everything infront of me it’s all so good I’m almost drooling.
The small bit of comfort I’ve had is cut short when one of the guards comes back up with a small pill and a glass of water. I look wearily at him questioning him.
“Ma’am you must take this before the flight, please do not make this difficult.”
I hesitate before grabbing it, ‘if they wanted me dead they would have done it by now’ so against my better judgment I take the pill.
