Nick’s POV “You overreacted, man. Seriously.” Hakim shook his head, arms crossed, leaning against the wall of this stupid, dimly lit guest room he'd practically dragged me into. A few minutes ago, Jane had disappeared into the ladies' room to fix herself up. And before I could even sneak off for a drink or pretend to take an important phone call, Hakim was on me like a hawk.
