YOU.
YOU.
They both shouted in unison. They were shocked to see each other in such a place.
Salma got up still shocked.
What are you doing here. She asked him.
He looked at her with fury i his eyes.
I’m supposed to be asking you that. He answered coldly.
Wow. I have a very long way to go. She thought.
How could he be so cold. Can’t he at least try to be polite. What a disgusting personality.
She decided to tell him what she was doing there.
I came to see a friend and I bumped into you I’m sorry for that. She sighed
Well i have to go now.
No answer
Yaa Allah this man can’t talk. How am I supposed to live with him this way. Ya Allah save me from all evil.
She walked past him and she entered the cafe and he followed her curios as to why she came to the cafe.
As they entered,he watched her walk away and he was surprised to see that she was heading towards Kamila.
Was Kamila the friend she came to see? It can’t be. The can’t be friends.
How am I supposed to tell Kamila that she is my wife to be?
WHAT.
My wife to be. Ugh, this is ridiculous.
He went out before Kamila sees She him and went straight to his friend’s house.
He dialed his number and his friend,Abdulmalik’s voice came from the other line.
Hey buddy, how are you.
Fine I’m heading to your house now. You home? Muhammad said desperately waiting for his answer.
No I’m not. Joked Abdulmalik.
Man i ain’t joking. Cried Muhammad. I need to talk to you now.
Yeah I’m home, what’s wrong, you sound worried.
Muhammad knew he couldn’t hide anything from his closest friend and he needed him right now,so he decided to let it out.
I will tell you when i get there.
Ohh okay. It looks like it’s urgent from the way you speak. My friend be careful so you won’t die while driving. And with that, he ended the call.
Abdulmalik got married to Amina, a kind and responsible woman four years ago.
Even though they were both forced into marrying each other, luckily they fell in love after so much hatred and conflict.
They were scared to admit their feelings because the both thought that the other does not reciprocate the same feelings but alhamdulillah it worked.
They now live peacefully with their daughter named Rufaida.
Amina is a lawyer and she is quite a talkative while Abdulmalik is also a CEO just like Muhammad. He is the CEO of the well known architectural firm in the world.

Jiddah, to think of me getting married in two days keeps on tearing me apart. Salma said.
She came back home an hour ago just to see her sister and step mom already preparing for her marriage. They went shopping and they came back before her.
We’ll they were nice enough to have gotten her clothes and some other necessary things.
When she arrived, they told her that Jiddah was in her room waiting for her so she headed straight to her room.
Ammu is really tired of me. She wants to get rid of me i see. I will be a practicing doctor next year why can’t she wait till then. I am not yet ready for this. Salma sighed.
Jiddah tried to sooth her with her convincing words but to no avail.
Salma i told you not once that Allah is the best planner. Have faith in him, maybe this is the best.
But Jiddah come to think of it.every woman has her dream wedding. Yeah,i am not a fan of romance but i want to marry a man of my choice. Someone i can trust with my heart and life and someone who loves me and is ready to take all my responsibilities and one who i want.
I want someone whom whenever I do something wrong,he will get angry because he loves me,he will yell because he cares and he will be upset because he can’t resist me and is inrevoccably crazy about me. Not someone who will yell at me when i bump into him because he doesn’t care.
You know, someone whom i wil love to the extent that i will pray to Allah to give me the strength to make him so happy that he cannot contain it. I want to be his inspiration and strength. She finished her words feeling so bad that she wouldn’t get all she wished for.
She stood up and she went straight to her window. She looked at the sky from there. It was painted with beauty, peace and love. They were sparkles of light scattered throughout the painted sky. It was unbelievably astonishing and ravishing.
She wished her life would be just as beautiful as the sky and just as peaceful as laylatul qadr.
Ya Allah make this marriage a blessing to me.
You know, she said still looking at the sky. I feel like running away. She whispered.
You have to endure, maybe this is the end of your suffering in the hand of Ammu. It is a test from. Allah to see if you have a strong imaan. You don’t have to love him. please dont run away. Jiddah convinced.
She knew salma was trying so hard enough to cope with her step mother’s injustice.
I have to go. Sa’id must be waiting for me. We are going shopping. She blushed.
Salma envied her… well…she got to marry someone she loves but anyways she happy for her as her only friend and the only one she could trust.

Abdulmalik was sitting in the dining area waiting for Amina. She was preparing dinner.
So honey what happened that Muhammad came looking so… I don’t even know how to say it. Amina asked as she placed a plate of delicious food in front of him.
He’s depressed. He is being forced to marry a woman he doesn’t love.
Poor guy,I pity him. He answered.
Ohh my Allah. But why? She said.
Abdulmalik sighed. Baby i don’t know. But he said that his parents don’t like Kamila.
I pray that Allah blesses his marriage. She said as she settles down on a chair.
He looked at her and she flashed him a smile.
Damn. That smile.
I think doctors will have to start making a medicine for those affected by a smile. That smile is pure life. He talk ya as he look at her.
Hey honey, i know i, my beauty and my self are irresistible so stop staring at me like that or I will have to be self conscious. Amina smirked.
He looked at her again with his mouth wide open. He couldn’t believe she said that.
This woman will be the end of me.he sighed.
They are peacefully with different thoughts in their minds. They love each other so dearly. rufaida was by their side in her walker making all sort of noise.
She was just like her mother. A talkative.
