Chapter 3

Eliana's POV

I parked my car in the school parking lot and Dan immediately rush out of the car slamming the door making me curse under my breath

'f**k! I swear Dan if my baby even got a scratch on her I'm gonna kill you'

You know it's an absolute crime to mistreat my baby. I love her so much and if he damages my baby then he's gonna get it from me and it won't break my promise because as I said it's a crime to hurt my baby

I still have a few minutes till my first class might as well get things from my locker

I made my way inside the school and I can feel stares and whispers as usual. Some making fun of my weight, some girls glaring at me and some guys checking me out. I just ignore them as usual and get inside the school.

I may have some weight but as I said I'm not fat and also I'm not ugly and I think I look beautiful the way I am. I'm about 5.10" tall which is taller than an average she-wolf thanks to my Alpha genes and along with the weight I have a bit of muscle so you can say I'm healthy and fit.

I'm currently wearing a white button-down shirt, black fitted jeans and black jeans jacket along with some sneakers. I don't use makeup because I find it completely unnecessary and use just a natural lip colour lip balm. I have long ass length purple hair which is left open in natural waves and deep ocean blue eyes with a flick of green in them. About my wolf, she is way more beautiful than me. She is a white wolf with flecks of silver in her fur, her paws are pure silver. She has the same eyes as me which is rare since usually, a werewolf's eyes colour is different in human and wolf form. Elsa is very dominant and strong-headed it's difficult to please her. But, we get along quite well especially since our parents death we've always been there for each other and she promised to never leave me alone.

'Elsa' I called for my wolf. She has been extremely quiet since we got to school.

'I'm here Ana' she replied making me release a breath of relief

'Aren't you a little extra quiet today since we got to school?' I asked

'It's nothing Ana you're thinking too much' now I'm sure there's something wrong

'Ohh yeah, nothing at all' I said sarcastically as she rolled her eyes at me and kept quiet. I released a heavy sigh. It's difficult to get my wolf to speak she tries to keep things from me so I don't get stressed but of she can't keep anything from me. We are one and we are strong together, I would never really leave her alone at any cost neither will I let her hide something from me

'Look El I know really well that you're hiding something so tell me what it is NOW' I commanded and she growled at me

'Fine! I actually felt something weird in the parking lot' she said

'What do you mean weird?' I asked and she sighed

'I don't know, I'm not 100% sure but I felt as if our mate is somewhere near us' My ears perked and my eyes lit up at the mention of our mate

'Do you still feel our mate's presence' I asked while getting my books from the locker

'No I don't feel his presence now' She replied sadly. It made me sad as well but I know that if she felt our mate's presence we'll find him sooner or later

'Don't worry El we'll find him soon it's good that you felt his presence so we know where to find him' I said and smiled she also smiled and nodded her head

We quickly made our way to our first class as the final bell rang. Can the school be over already?

Gavin's POV

After my chat with my best friend and Beta, we went to the nearest cafe for breakfast and had a big pile of pancakes with maple syrup and then we started making our way to the packhouse

"Dan I'm going to talk to my dad today I suggest we do it together and speak with both of our dad's" I said

"What do want us to talk about with our dad's?" he asked narrowing his eyes at me making me laugh

"What's so funny?" he scoffed

"You really did look funny when you looked at me like that?" I said and he rolled his eyes at me

"Yeah seriously? Anyways what is it you want to talk about?" he asked

"I think it's time we ask our fathers to give us the title as the pack's Alpha and Beta" I said making him look at me with wide eyes

"Gav man I think you're out of your mind. You're planning to get us killed by our dad's?" He screamed

"Whoa! Man no need to scream. You just broke my sensitive ears and no one's getting killed. It's only normal and fair we take over the pack now as leaders" I said and he sighed nodding his head

"Well, I think you're right but what are we gonna say?" he asked

"Just what we want" I smirked

I parked the car outside the packhouse and made our way towards dad's office but we were interrupted by the two-pack sluts who threw themselves on us. No one other than these two reacts like this in our pack

"Baby, I was looking for you since morning, let's have some fun. Make love to me baby" Monica purred seductively. I turn my head to see Dan in the same position as me with Veronica. They are both sisters and have practically slept with everyone in the pack, but not with us. They don't stand a chance. I and Dan sleep around but we don't do bitches so we just pushed them away from us

"It's Alpha Gavin and Beta Daniel for both of you. Remember never, I mean never show us your ugly faces again. You are not going to get power even if you sleep with us and we have class and standards. Both of you are nowhere near them because we don't do sluts" I growled in my Alpha voice making them flinch and we made our way to the office

"Man that was kinda hot" Dan laughed making me shake my head

"They need to know there place here" I said and he nodded

Once we reached the office I knocked on the door and heard a come in and we made our way inside the Alpha's office and found my dad and his Beta (Dan's dad) sitting in the office

"Good morning dad, uncle David" I greeted them

"Good morning Alpha, dad" Dan greeted

"Good morning" they both acknowledged us

"So what brings you here today?" My dad questioned with a raised eyebrow

"Dad both of us wanted to talk about something important with you and uncle David" I said

"Which is?" my dad questioned again

"Dad me and Dan have completed our school about 2 years ago and now we want to take the responsibilities of the pack as Alpha and Beta" I softly said

"About time both of you realized it son" My dad said and his face lit with a big grin

"You are ok for us to take over" I and Dan asked at the same time making my dad and uncle David chuckle

"Why would we not be ok about it son?" uncle David replied

"However, there's one thing both of you need to do to take over your titles" My dad said which made me and Dan look at each other

"You see son, that taking over the pack is not simple it comes with a lot of responsibilities as leaders you should love, respect, care and protect everyone in the pack and also need to learn to respect women" My dad further said

"Both of you have been doing nothing but playing with women sleeping around all the while. If you continue with your playboy ways the pack is never going to respect you" uncle David said

We just don't understand what they are trying to say and how is it related us taking over our titles. We don't go to women they come to us, so what is wrong with it

"What do you mean?" I asked

"What we mean is you should have already found your mates or at least started searching for them. But, I don't see that happening. The pack needs their Luna and Beta female it will make us stronger" My dad said

"So then we'll choose a strong she-wolf capable of becoming a Luna and a Beta female and complete the mating problem solved" I smiling and Dan look at me as I have grown two heads and my dad, uncle David and even Dan shook their heads with a disapproving growl

"I don't want to take a chosen mate. If I need to have a mate before taking over then I would find my true mate. But, I refuse to take a chosen mate" Dan said and I looked at him with wide eyes.

"Traitor!" I muttered under my breath. I know he is serious he always wanted to meet his mate even after being a player but I don't want to look for my mate and this thought made Brain growl

What's with everyone growling at me?

"That's what I want to hear. Thank you for proving me wrong son. You definitely haven't lost yourself" uncle David said smiling proudly at Dan

"Thanks dad" Dan smiled back looking happy

"Don't thank me son, it was your sister who always believed and believes that you would make a good Beta and mate" He smiled at Dan who looked absolutely shocked

"Ana believed me?" he asked bewildered and uncle David nodded chuckling

"She always said that I was too harsh on you and that you are responsible and you will make me proud when the time comes. She also said that once you find your mate she will become her best friend and take her revenge for all the pranks you pulled on her while you were kids" he said laughing

"I'm really proud that you want to find your mate but, son remember you need to love her with your heart and can never cheat on her" he said sternly to Dan

"I know dad and I promise when I find my mate I will only have eyes for her" Dan said smiling and uncle David nodded

"Now Gavin that we have found out that your best friend has not lost his mind even after staying with you I want to make it clear that you can't take a chosen mate. No one has done that in the history of our pack you need to find her. You can only take over as Alpha once you find your mate or challenge me for the title. Kill me and the title is yours" My dad said making my eyes widen. I want to take over but not by challenging my dad for the title because an Alpha challenge means you need to kill the previous Alpha to take over their title. Whatever my dad may say I love him and I can't lose him or let my mom go through the pain of losing her mate. It only means one thing and with the thought itself Brain is howling with happiness in my head

"Fine dad I'll find my mate" I said defeated
