PRECIOUS LIFE

Chapter 1: A new town means new friends My name is Ron. I like being around people so I made a lot of friends but me and my parents moved to a different town since my father found a job there, well he did have a job before but there's a reason why he changed jobs but more importantly I lost the friends I made… But it's ok! I'll just make a lot of friends in this town just like before, good thing I'm so smart. Since I moved in this town this summer, I should befriend all my neighbors and help them if they need help. So time to make my 1st objective! so my first objective is to befriend my neighbors! So I tried going outside to see if one of my neighbors are out, if you're asking "why don't you just knock and befriend them" well it's because they could be sleeping or they could be doing something important so I don't want to bother them, I'll just talk to them if they went outside… Oh someone's leaving their house, now it's time to talk to them! "Good morning ma'am! Me and my parents just moved to this town, I just thought that I should go greet my new neighbors." Said Ron. (I hope I didn't sound creepy and looked suspicious, I mean who would just go to a random person to talk to them, but it's ok! I saw someone doing this a long time ago and I got inspired by them and tried doing it too in my old town. Said Ron in his mind.( "Oh good morning, so you and your parents are the one's who moved next door, I was about to go and welcome them by bringing them a cake, so here." Replied by an elderly woman. "Thank you very much ma'am, I'll bring this home and tell my mother when she gets back." Said Ron looking happy. (Oh so she went outside to welcome us, then I'll gladly accept the cake.) "Oh I forgot, my granddaughter wanted to welcome you and your parents too, this is Mika." Said the elderly woman. "N-nice to meet you." Said Mika looking scared. "I'm very sorry about her, her parents abused her so that's why she's like this, it wasn't like this not to long ago.." Said the elderly woman. "Grandma, please don't say that…" Replied Mika. Then she hurried back home. "I'm really sorry about that, Ron." Said the elderly woman. "Please lift your head ma'am, you did nothing wrong, I'll try helping her to make her stop being scared!" Ron replied. (I'll help her because I want us to be friends! But not just that, it's because I don't like having people around me feeling scared and sad.) "Even though you just met her?" Replied the elderly woman. "Yes ma'am, because I don't like the people who I want to be friends with to be scared and sad." Ron replied. "I'm very thankful if you help her, I beg you too to help her and please call me Reni, Ron." Said the elderly woman, Reni. "I will definitely help her, ms. Reni" replied Ron.
