CHAPTER 13: The lunch

453 Words
Amy's POV Felix got into the car and asked me to sit inside too. I got into the car and sat beside him. Right now, we are driving to some restaurant, where Felix asked the driver to take us. Bro, just tell me why is this car so silent. This is so boring just like my boss. "Driver Uncle, how can I call you? I mean your name", I asked the man in his 50s driving the car for us. "Um. Miss, you can call me William", the man replied. "oh okay, but since you are older I'll call you uncle only." "Yeah", he said and started focusing on the road again. I sighed as I felt bored, really bored. I kept looking out of the window from time to time. But I felt my eyes getting heavier. I was tired and hungry so I leaned on the window glass to sleep. Felix's POV I felt the car getting silent again, I tilted my head in Amy's direction. There I was her sleeping against the window glass. Her head moving and shaking from time to time. To be honest, if you'll ask me I was a lot angry seeing all the files being ruined but her tears made me feel bad for her. I understand I shouldn't have reacted in such a way but maybe it was necessary too to bring out that bold side of hers out. Right now she is sitting beside me but she's all unaware of the way she's making me feel right now. I try my best to control this urge of marking her. I want to make her mine, my soulmate but I can't do this without her consent. I'm getting weaker in her presence. She looks so cute sleeping with her mouth open and her bangs messing on her face. I'll give my best to impress her, I try my best not to be an asshole but it's hard for me. I don't know I grew up in an environment where I was molded to be this Felix. I can feel myself looking at her from time to time. Even at the office, she looks stunning. Author's POV The car came to a halt and they reached the destination, it's a beach restaurant. Amy gazed at the building it looked beautiful, it had a beautiful little hut-like shape with green plants covering the roof of the hut. There were two small tiki huts beside the restaurant where there was a waiter standing who kept serving drinks. The restaurant had a romantic vibe as tables were outside with a roofed shelter. It was a beautiful place to have a date. But they were not on a date.
