The plan seemed simple, but executing it wouldn’t be, and like every plan, it fell apart in the first five minutes.
We left the prisoner behind with the promise that he would alert us when the group handling the van issue returned. Meanwhile, Mariam and I would face the remaining warriors at the house, which according to the prisoner, were no more than five or six, plus Alpha McCarthy, which shouldn’t be a problem for two lycans.
