CHAPTER 6

The afternoon passed like that, with Semeli and Sam playing around the house with little Lily. The more time they spend with the little girl the more she learns about her. There were times that she got very angry, when she heard what the other pack members did to that little girl but she didn't want to scare her so she masked it with a smile.

Alpha Damien didn't came home and it was very dark outside already, probably past midnight. Lily asked if she could sleep in their room and Semeli nodded right away, she loved that little girl and even though she met her today, she knew she couldn't leave her behind. They send Sam to sleep on the couch and Lily with Semeli slept on the bed.

Alpha Damien left the pack house after saying to Semeli to get some rest and went to find Jason. He couldn't shake the memory out of his head. He only wanted a few more seconds alone with his mate and he would kiss her for sure but this i***t needed to appear and ruin their moment. He was mad, beyond mad. James wanted to kill him for it but he knew this would only make things worse.

Jason had already built a house when he found his mate and he was planning to stay there after the baby came. He knew he must have been there fixing stuff to cope with the distance between his mate. He knocked on the door and waited for him to open up. As soon as Jason opened the door Damien pushed him in.

“How did it go?” he said with a smirk on his face. Damien couldn't hide the smile on his face.

“We shared a moment, I almost kissed her” he said like a little kid and then his expression changed “but then her so-called fiancé appeared and ruined it.” he huffed angrily and then took a deep breath to calm himself down.

“I know she doesn't love him but I don't know what to do man. I want her, I want her so bad it hurts. Her smell is so intoxicating i want to drown myself in. I want to hold her and have her by my side. To wake up and see her beautiful eyes..” he sigh again thinking of the possibility of having a future with his mate.

“Damn bro, you are whipped” Jason said chuckling

“I know and I don't know what to do” Alpha Damien admitted sadly.

The two guys head to the soon to be kitchen. Most of the furniture was built, water and electricity was the last details to be added in order for the house to be ready.

“You fixed it nicely” Damien comment

“I hope Daisy thinks the same. I hate having her so far away from me”

“I know what you mean” Damien whispered and Jason stared at him before starting laughing.
