Chapter 31 December came with challenges. That was how I chose to regard it. The basement reno took more money than anticipated, so I ran low on cash. This meant I took small odd jobs in PR for extra funds. Momma still didn't want to be left alone while I met with vendors in the city. I ended up carting her along, equipped her with a clipboard, and introduced her as my assistant to explain her presence. "When will the food be delivered?" I was staring at the calendar on my phone while Ben checked his. We were on our second allotted walk-through of the venue. "Scheduled for two hours before the event starts." He answered while scrolling through the dates on his phone. "By the way, we are missing two rider sheets for two of the acts." "Which ones? I'll contact their managers," I asked.
