CH#5 It's payback time

I woke up groggily I felt something moving under me. Oh, I had my head on Matt's shoulder who’s also sleeping and breathing steadily.

What happened last night? I racked my brain. Oh I remember after the credits of southpaw rolled we were discussing WBC and who will win this time and fell asleep. All the boys lay there with their mouth open and hair a mess. I guess Nate was missing among them.

Oh what's the fun without payback I thought when Nate entered the room rubbing his eyes

"Why are you grinning evilly?" he whispered.

"SHHHH!" I whispered back.

"Do you have any sharpie's." I whispered to him causing him to grin.

"I was thinking the same thing." He whispered back.

"Great mind thinks alike." I whispered back.

We ran out of the basement grabbed a couple of orange and black sharpie went into the kitchen and got two cans of whipped cream grinning like an i***t. We got back to the basement with the supplies. Nate got busy with the twins, or as I like to call them Thing 1 and Thing 2 if you know what I mean. I got busy with first Matt, who I covered with sharpie and filled his hands with whipped cream while with Cameron, I paid special attention to his appearance and made a moustache and flowers on his face covered his eyebrows with whipped cream and filled his hands with cream as well. After the both of us were done with our masterpieces, we took some pictures for leverage for later.

"Ready?" Nate whispered and I nodded. We took feathers in our hand and rubbed them in Matt's, and Cameron face the twins looked innocent enough. Flop their hands moved to their faces, and we burst out laughing when we saw the cream in their faces ...which caused Thing 1 and Thing 2 to wake up.

"AQUA and Nate" the boys yelled. We were the only ones laughing our asses off with a clean face.

"Oh it's on!" Cameron snickered and the boys started to run after us, as soon as I could register what was happening, he was already after me with Thing 1 in tow while the other two were after Nate.

We were running through the house jumping tables, chairs and couches. I hid behind the wall looking for the coast to clear when I felt hands crept over my body, and I was thrown on someone's shoulder. I smacked the culprits back and struggled to get out of Cameron's grip, but all efforts were futile.

And with a splash, I was thrown into the water. As soon I was thrown into the water, I panicked and started to sink, memories started to come back to me, I was going to die.

Flash back:

After building the huge sand castle with a pool and flowers I played with the ball. I was running down the beach I was about 8 at the time to get the ball, which went into the water soon I was enveloped in waves of water. I couldn't breathe, couldn't move I was going to drown. I had almost passed out when my dad pulled me out from the water. He was busy with the phone when I went into the water. I was sobbing uncontrollably. "Shah baby it will be okay, you're okay. Daddy has you now." He soothed me.

End of Flashback.

I gripped tightly to the person who was holding me and I was having a panic attack. All I could think was that I was safe.

"It's okay, you're safe. "I heard a soothing voice. "I'm so sorry, I didn't know you couldn't swim." An another voice added.

"Bring the first aid and some towels. Boy she's hurt." The voice repeated.

"It's okay." the voice said, "you're alright, you're safe." the voice said rubbing my back soothingly. I hugged him tightly. When I finally calmed down and came over my senses, I found out that it was Nate, who held me and was barking orders, and scolding Cameron for his mediocrity who looked guilty and kept muttering sorry.

"Hey are you alright?" Nate asked me when my grip loosened.

"I'm fine" I said in a small voice.

He wrapped me in a towel and fixed my ankle, which was sprained and swollen. I found out that Nate was studding to be a doctor which is why he was so good at it.

"I'm so sorry," said Cameron apologetically.

"We're all really sorry!" Added Matt.

"It's fine you didn't know." I replied I was calmed and wasn't shivering any more.

"Let me take you to your room. You should change, or you'll catch a cold. "Nate said.

"I'll take her." Volunteered Cameron.

He helped me up and picked me up bridal style to take me to my room.

"I really am very sorry I wouldn't have if I had known." Cameron said one in the room.

"It's fine you can leave now. I'll like to change." I said.

"Okay I'll check on you later." he said and left.

I changed into my pj's and a shirt not wanting to do anything any more. I was sad and upset the incident bought many memories of my father.

I haven't visited my father in over seven years, not since I left Manchester.

Now that I'm here I should go and visit him soon. I really miss him while in thoughts I drifted off to sleep. After a while, I woken up by Matt.

"Hey Aqua, how are you feeling now? Nate sent this soup, you should eat something you have missed breakfast and lunch." he said.

"Really? I slept that long. I'm fine now, thanks. I'm really hungry." I said and took the soup.

He sat with me and chatted about the school, I am to start the day-after tomorrow he said, and that we have to go to get school supplies tomorrow, Mom's order.

After a while, he left. Feeling a bit better now I changed into some shorts and shirt and headed out I came downstairs and saw Nate sitting with Greg.

"Hey how are you feeling now?" He inquired. "Better” I replied.

"Just so you know, if you wanna talk about it, I'm here." he said.

"Thanks, maybe I will." I said. The way he acted with me. I felt like he was really my big brother being an only child, I missed out on this stuff the only people I had was Chris and Josh.

"Where are the rest of the boys?" I asked.

"Jake and Matt are in the game room. Drake is in his own and Cameron's out." he said.

"Wanna join us?" Greg asked. They were playing a card game, and who could say no to a little guy Like him?
