I was shocked when I heard the way she talked to me. At that point I knew that Selene was not here anymore. Something else had taken over and she was far gone.
“Selene,” I called out as I slowly let go of her wrist. “How about we talk this over? You don’t have to go this far.”
She looked at the passed out elder. How hard did she hit the elder for him to pass out with just one back handed hit. For me it would take a lot to do that and I was an alpha.
