Dangerous Pearls

My name is Shanon Stone and I'm a vampire. I know that my name seems totally ordinary and there is no way vampires exist...but well they do, we just don't want you to know as it is easier to get food that way I'm a weird vampire in a way, because I'm a cheerleader and top of my class. I've always wanted to be a normal teenage girl and I am-in a way. I don't want to get married though but I know that when I'm becoming queen, I will have to choose a husband to expand our clan. But hopefully I don't have to. My dad is very understanding and he lets me do what I want, even if it means being a teenage girl going to highschool. My dad is immortal so he can be leader for as long as forever unless someone kills him, and that is unlikely as he is a nice person. Unlike leaders before him, my dad made a deal with the werewolves and we live in peace as much as we can even though we don't like each other much. Some of you may be wondering how my dad was able to have  a child, as vampires can't reproduce. Well, that's because my mum was already pregnant for my dad, before my dad got turned so thats what happened. While my mum was pregnant with me, she got turned and by some miracle she was still able to keep me except that I came out as a vampire. But after my birth, my mother disappeared and my dad always gets emotional when he talks about her so I don't ask him about her anymore. How I became a vampire, no one knows and the clan just thinks it was prophesied or that I was chosen for some great purpose. I have a boyfriend but I'm not sure how long our relationship will last as I usually date a different guy every month but this time it may be different.
