Chapter 32: His darker past
The flooring was white marble and when I entered the kitchen area it was an onyx marble colour, the kitchen had a big island in the middle of it that had a matching dark onyx marble top. The walls were brick and painted in light grey and then I lost interest and went into the dining area to see a huge long table that could seat about twenty people. On each end, it had two candelabras with candles in them. It looked very Dracula like. Even the walls had candleholders or wall lamps, as I carried on looking around. “Where’s your room?” I called out to Amdis. He came over and led me up the big swirling staircase that had a bloodred carpet runner going up them. The banister was gold and had pretty engraved patterns on it. He led me up to the second floor and I followed him to the third
