We had Vincent hide the flag today because he is not participating in today's training. We divide into three equal groups. Just before we start I look at Aiden and Mark and say to them both. "Good luck boys."
I take my team and run into the woods until I am sure no can hear us. Then I tell them to stop and huddle up so we can strategize.
"Do any of you have any suggestions on what you think we should do?"
One of our young scouts lifts her hand.
"Yes what do you think we should do Lacey?"
"What if we send three teams of two out to track down the flags? While the bigger group draws the other teams' attention away from our scouts."
"That is a really good idea. Thank you Lacey. Let's pick our tracker. Who thinks they have a good tracking ability?"
