“I’m getting tired of this. I’m seventeen for Christ’s sake. My friends can go wherever they want to. You just keep me caged like a toddler”, Aanu ranted. He had just finished his WAEC and had already secured admission into the university. He was not quite enjoying his break. He wished he had the power to wind time. He would fast forward time so he would already be in the university away from home. Since he could remember his life had been like this; no visiting friends, only school, home, church and wherever his parents wanted to go if they felt he could come along.
