Tancredi missed pizza, so they decided to go and have lunch in one of the most famous pizzerias in the city. A place that was a fair distance away from the city centre, but within easy enough reach for those who gravitated around the area of the old courts. They decided to postpone their second visit to the prison until the following day.
When their orders were brought to the table, they began eating in absolute silence until Tancredi asked:
‘And the car park?’
‘What car park?’
‘The one where we left your one-time racing car on the evening of the murder’
‘Of course. In fact, let's go there as soon as we finish our pizza. I have to go and open the office this afternoon, before I end up unemployed’
‘Agreed’.
