‘Officer Robustelli, can you tell us what your specific duties are within the Forensic Police Department?’
‘Yes, I mainly deal with prints and marks that are not dactyloscopic ones’.
De Nicola made a sign with his hand as if to invite him to continue.
‘Could you explain that to us in less technical language?’
Robustelli nodded. ‘Certainly. In short, if there are any marks left by a body of any sort at a crime scene, my role is to classify them and, if possible, identify them’
