I looked towards Gabriele and he gave me a small smile like he could hear my inner turmoil.
“Let’s go, Kevin,” I tugged on his arm, and he nodded. I opened the door of my side and stepped out of the car.
“I will pick it up,” Gabrielle took my backpack and I grabbed Kevin’s hand.
“Let’s go,” He said when I didn’t move from my place for a few seconds.
“Okay,” I said and walked inside. After a few steps, we halted at our spot. I frowned and looked towards Gabriele. He put the backpack on the ground and almost ran towards Hannah.
“Hannah! Baby, what are you doing here?” He asked, and she hugged him hard and started crying.
“Brother, they are coming for me. They will hurt me again and will kill me,” She sobbed, and my heart became heavy after witnessing this scene. I w
