“Pregnant?” I asked in shock, my eyes bulging out.
“Yes pregnant,” the doctor responded quietly, turning his attention back to Charlie.
“With her condition, you should know better than to get her pregnant but your selfishness wouldn't let you think of the next person,” The doctor said angrily, still shielding me with his body.
“Condition? What condition?” Charlie asked confusedly, his brows furrowing as he tried to approach me yet again.
“Stay the hell away from her, you monster!” The doctor said firmly, threatening Charlie with his fists.
