A few weeks later....
They arrived by the dozen, each sporting expensive looking masks from Black to gold which covered their face entirely, today was on of Sebastian's charity balls for the local children hospital for cancer research and expansion. Everyone wore a new dress or suit for this ball, as it was also an auction on things that people provided.
In the sky, the moon provided a natural disco ball and lighting into the mansion.
Greetings were offered, out along the gravel path, dainty fairy lights (which were of course my pick) added a surplus amout of colour to the footsteps that were left in thr gravel.
Exchanges of gifts and prizes for the auction were handed to a near by guard who took them. A sweet melody was drifting through the atmosphere, and it seemed it was coming from the ballroom. I weaved my way through of the crowds of champagne-baring waiters and hesitating women with glass number four. Positioned at a dangerous angle out to the side.
A collection of violinists, pianoists and harp players were placed at the far end of the ball room and I could instantly identify the smell of lavender inscents. I stood, idle, by the door for a few moments, feeling the changes in the music. I hummed along to the notes that were playing. Scanning the area, as you can never trust anyone a functions like these.
Walking further inside, I couldn't help but smile as I saw Sebastian making his way towards me, his eyes lit up as he saw me in my dress, (we got dressed in different places.)
"You look hermosa, so hermosa," Sebastian spoke as he took my hands and held onto him. "May I have this dance?" He asked as we began to sway as the music started once again.
The dance grew livelier and livelier, taking my hand into his, he swept her gracefully into dance. Gazing down at me with a solemn expression. I stepped onto the floor and gazed across the white marble flooring, with a sudden burst of courage that I've never possessed.
As the thrumming rhythm of classical music whispered into my ears, I began to dance. We fell in step, letting the rhythm control our movements. Letting myself get pulled into random movements.
All the scenery and people around us dissolved, I held him close, letting hid warmth heat me and pulled me back towards him. Wyatt noticed the hesitation in my eyes, feeling dizzy from the loud music. Uncontrollable feelings surged through my body, and my fingers tingles in delight. We danced the song away.
My hips against his, swaying to the beat. I wrapped my arms around his neck, allowing him to grasp me closer to his chest. As if he was scared, scared of losing me again.
We glided together in perfect harmony, my body was acting on its own, no chains to hold me back from this pure paradise. Weaving through a sea of bodies until we found a spot of our own. Allowing our bodies to twine in a different kind of dance
My body bending and swaying in time with the music. Sebastian had taken my hands and begun leading me into another twirl before he gathers me into his arms, lifting me up. Leaning closer, I could feel his breath on my lips, biting my lip I couldn't help but twirl again.
My lips went to his ear as he pulled me back again, "Someone is watching us more intensely. A woman in the back with brown hair."
Sebastian didn't say anything but I knew he heard me, we contuined to dance just like everyone else, even though no one else mattered to us in this moment, my eyes twinkled back at Sebastian. He tightened his embrace, warm arms wrapped around each other, his hand slipped down my back.
My fingers spread across his muscular back. Losing ourselves in the rhythm once again, the music grew faster and my dress barely brush the floor as he leads me through the waltz, as gentle fingers caressed my hips.
After a while the lights dimmed and a slow, melodic tune began to play. Push and pull away in tune to the tides, taking Sebastian's hand and putting the other around my waist.
Our simple steps so effortlessly pure. Sebastian twirled and dipped me in the a proper fashion, causing to me to gasp, not long after the music stopped. We were too focused on each other's eyes to notice the woman in the corner had walked over.
"I'm so sorry to intrude but I wanted to know if I could interview you both and take your photo," the woman said.
Looking at her I noticed that she was tall length wise, her skin was olive toned. Not to mention her hazel eyes, round chin, she had dyed red hair that went to her shoulders. Her cheeks were covered in reddish blush and lips had a lime colour to them. Her dress also looker cheap, too cheap for a party like this.
"Who are you?" I asked as Sebastian and I changed positions and stood next to each other, although hid hand wrapped firmly around my waist.
"Right, sorry my name is Emily. I'm a reporter for the Day Break News," she replied sticking at our hands to shake.
Taking her hand, I gently shook it, "Sure but there are a lot of reporters here today also wanting a scoop. What I want to know is, why we're you staring us down as we danced?" I asked.
Emily at first looked taken back by my tone but shook it off, "I don't know, at first I wasn't interested and then my eyes met you two dancing and I couldn't look away."
I hummed without saying a word, I wasn't going to believe that. I could feel Sebastian's lips on my temple.
"Por qué no te preparas para la subasta? Estoy seguro de que Deigo puede necesitar tu ayuda," Sebastian spoke, nodding. I did what I was told and made my way over to Deigo.
