Chapter 7:

My father decided to have the challenge in 3 days and it will be on his pack grounds since he issued the challenge then they all leave. I go change and head down to the training room and start punching the punching bag Xander and the guys walk in and start training with me. After a few hours we are covered in sweat and exhausted I sit on a bench and down a ton of water Xander walks over “are you sure about this I am sure we can find another way around this” I shake my head “no I don’t want them thinking I am scared to fight him I am not scared just p*ssed that they would try and walk into my life like they have known me forever” he nods “well we will be there for you don’t worry sis I believe in you” I nod and smile “thanks Xan” I stand and hug him.

Afterwards I head to my room to shower and as I walk out still in a towel I se Blake sitting on my bed I jump, “Blake” I laugh and walk over to him “where have you been” he looks up at me his eyes red he must have just fed “I...I needed to feed I am sorry little wolf” he stands and wraps his arms around my waist I smile “that’s ok your here now” I whisper and kiss him softly he pulls me closer to his body deepening the kiss. I can feel his d**k pushing against me as we kiss I laugh softly and whisper in his ear “you know we haven’t mated yet” and that was all I needed to say before my towel was gone and I was picked up wrapping my legs around his waist and him pushing into me I hiss at the pain he whispers “just breathe baby girl take it all and let yourself adjust” I nod and whimper as he entered me more. Once he was fully in he waits for me to get adjusted and to let him know I was ready. I give him a small nod and he thrusts into me like he a piston I scream in pure pleasure “F*ck Blake!” it is a good thing my parents soundproofed our rooms for sure because for hours he is making me scream his name and bending me in ways I never imagined and finally before we stopped I marked him causing him to release his seed in me and then he bites my neck I didn’t think him marking me was something he could do but once he bit my neck I was seeing white dots and the most intense orgasm came out of me it was heaven.

When we finish the sun is coming up I have maybe gotten 3 hours of sleep before Xander is mindlinking me for training, I groan “come on Xan can’t I just skip today” “absolutely not get your a*s moving sis before I come in there myself” I grumble and get up slowly. Blake rolls over and pulls me into his chest “stay” he whispers I laugh softly and kiss his nose “I wish I could but if I don’t get down to training Xander will come get me” he sighs and kisses me before cuddling my pillow and going back to sleep. I laugh softly then shower and change before I  jog down to the training grounds. Xander whistles as I jog over to him, Matt, and Kade “D*mn Leila you smell like Blake and...is that a mark on your neck?” he asks I smile happily “h*ll yeah it is I am now officially a mated woman” he laughs shaking his head. Training goes as usual Henry has us run like 5 miles then we go into our sparring. I trained extra hard as I needed to prepare for the challenge coming up in 2 days. I needed to be ready. After a few hours we stop and head inside for breakfast, Mrs. Dyson and her omegas are putting biscuits, gravy, eggs, bacon, ham, sausage, and some toast on the table I grin happily “Mrs. Dyson, it smells amazing as usual” she laughs softly and smiles “thanks Leila sit and you all enjoy yourselves” she says as she walks away I sit “oh I plan to.” 

The days go by quickly and soon we are loading up and heading to the Death Moon Pack which was about 2 hours from our packlands. I throw my bag in the back of the truck and climb in. Xander is beside me with Alaia, Matt drives with Taylor while Kade, Morgan, Tyson, and Alexi are in the car behind us. Xander Sent Blake to go there ahead of time and is waiting for us. I look out the window watching the scenery go by, my leg shakes up and down Xander looks over at me “hey you ok sis?” I look at him and nod “yeah just nervous I need to win this Xander I don’t want to run a pack...I am not Alpha material” Alaia takes my hand “you will win this Leila I believe in you” Xander nods “yeah you have been training like an alpha your whole life so, if you don’t win this I will make you run 20 miles for a month” I laugh softly and nod “Thanks guys I am glad you all came along to be in my corner” “always” Alaia smiles. We pull up to the pack lands of the Death Moon Pack. I take a deep breath, today was going to change my life one way or another. 

Matt parks and Blake opens my door for me. I look at him and smile, “hey” I say softly and he pulls me into a hug I hug back tight burying my face into his chest. He pulls me away and looks at me “I believe in you little wolf now show this b*stard the strong wolf he is up against” I smile and kiss him, “thanks Blake I love you” I whisper he smiles “I love you too Leila now go kick some a*s” I grab my bag and go change into a sports bra and some shorts before coming out my hair in a ponytail and I wrap my hands taking deep breaths calming my nerves. His whole pack was there to watch this which was probably only 200 wolves he was one of the smallest packs around here. I had already made up my mind that if I lost I would give the pack to Xander and we would absorb them into Blue Moon but I was going to win this even if I have to kill my birth father.

I walk up into the circle with Xander beside me . My father walks up and looks at me as an elder stands between us. “Today we witness the challenge between Leila Black and Alpha Roman Write over the rights of the Death Moon pack. This circle has been blessed so once the challenge starts no one from the outside can interfere and the challenge will end when one either conceeds or is killed. Now the winner will be the Alpha of the Death Moon Pack and the loser...well you get what will happen, there can be shifting of you both chose too now everyone understands the rules?” we both nod and shake hands. Xander walks out with the elder and the challenge starts.

We both circle each other waiting for the fist to strike but Xander always told me never strike first always let your opponent strike first that way you can learn them so I do that. He soon grows annoyed and strikes first I side step his punch and elbow him in the back knocking him to the ground. His tactic was sloppy as if he hasn’t trained in a while but that wouldn’t make me fight any less harder. He stands and shakes off the blow I had just delivered and chuckles, “ah I see you have rained well” I roll my eyes “Xander believes we are to be trained like alphas it is what keep our pack strong” I say before swinging he dodges and punches my stomach I double over and cough he smirks, “yes well it obviously did you no good cause you should have anticipated that” he chuckles I clench my fists and swing up hitting him in the jaw then I knee him in the stomach and throw him down “oh I am sorry did you not anticipate that?” he stands angry making his punches ten times harder but it made mine harder as well I was not going to lose this. We go for what feels like hours both of us covered in bruises, cuts, black eyes and more but we were giving up soon I grab him from behind my arms around his neck I link my fingers together holding him in a choke hold I kick his knee making him fall I squeeze hard "concede!" I growl "n….ne…..never" he says and tries to break free but I wasn't giving up. I held on as long as I could hoping he would concede. He elbows me in the stomach making me fall back them turns and punches me hard I fall onto the ground seeing black spots he grabs me by my throat and lifts me off the ground I gasp and hold onto his arm he looks at me "now you concede" I hit his arm trying to break free but I could feel the breath escape my lungs before I hold a hand up conceding he throw me down and the world around me goes black.
