the Shed: What is Unexpected Should be Expected

It is the year 1958, where a brother and sister are with their grandparents after their dad had to leave for his job. Their dad is a proletarian, for the Coca-Cola industry. Their mother went with them to their grandparents. On the drive to their grandparents house, they were playing eye spy to help pass the time, and one time Jackie said, “I spy with my little eye something red”, and her mom freaked out a bit, almost swerving off the road. Jackie's brother Aaron said “it’s the fan, nothing else is red,” to Aarons surprise he was actually wrong, but Jackie wouldn’t tell him what the right answer was until later on. An hour passed when they arrived at their grandparents house, their grandpa greeted them while their grandma was being antisocial. They started to grab their bags and were taking them into the old blue house, after getting all their bags set up, they started to unpack their clothes. About ten minutes later, Aaron went to go play with Jackie, as they were playing Aaron started to intimidate Jackie, because he wanted her to get him four cookies and she kept saying no. They went to go watch the television, and on the television it was talking about patriarchal, and how the men were in a meeting about something. All they heard was their mom saying that dinner was almost done, and without turning off the television, Aaron ran into the kitchen to disaggregate the onions that were on his steak. As they were eating dinner their grandparents were asking them about any changes they have experienced, and both Jackie and Aaron said no. When they got done eating dinner, Jackie and Arron went to sleep, while their grandparents and mother were talking about what had happened with the duties that they needed to be done. Once morning came, their grandparents and mother told them they were not allowed to play in or go into the shed. They were in their rooms when they heard the front door open and shut, and when they went down stairs they couldn’t find their grandparents and mother. They found a note that said they went out and would be back probably later tonight, but if the weather was bad they wouldn’t be home until tomorrow. They ended up getting bored and decided to play in their grandparents’ backyard and decided to check out the shed they were f*******n to go into. Someone had left the door unlocked, the children decided to look around to see if anyone was around as they decided to commit intrusion, as they slipped through the doors being silent as ever. As they opened the door they heard an incivility noise which they couldn’t tell what it was exactly. As Jackie and her brother Aaron slipped through the doors it was dark in the shed as if a substantially dark presence was hovering over it. It took a while for their eyes to adjust to the darkness. What they saw put terror in their eyes, Jackie fainted, and Aaron was holding his breath. Just what did these children see that terrified them? Aaron was holding his breath in a rigorous way, because of a horrible stench like rotting flesh. Jackie fainted because she saw her dog just lying there in blood. Aaron was bolstering all the strength he had to shake Jackie to get her up, but in the process something slimy touched his shoulder, that’s when he went on alert, and not daring to turn his head he continued to shake Jackie. As Aaron goes to move his head back a bit, the feeling of something slimy is finally gone and not on his shoulder as if it was avoiding him. He breathed in a quick gasp as he finally got Jackie to wake up, they searched for a flashlight. They looked where all the constellation pictures were to see if it was there. Jackie felt obliged to find the flashlight on her own, but Aaron wouldn’t let her go find it on her own fearing the worst. As they finally found the flashlight they turned on the light to scrutiny, their surroundings better, than trying to see it in the dark. As they are looking around they see a giant huge spider web. “Aaron,” Jackie whispered shakingly, “What could have made this? Aren't they supposed to be small?” Aaron shrugged in disbelief. They heard a noise as they shined the light in the corner, Aaron wanted to shout go away, but his mouth went dry. He saw his mother just standing there like she was dead. Then she started to move towards them but extremely slowly. Jackie ran to her mom crying but during the time she was running she tripped and landed in a pool of liquid. The mother had grabbed Jackie before she could breathe in the pool of liquid as if she had preempted that it would happen. Aaron started to walk toward Jackie trying to make sure she was good, when all of a sudden his mother did an act of oppression by shoving him and turning her back to him. That’s when Aaron had a nexus about his grandparents and his mother's disappearance. Jackie was out cold while in her mother’s arms but little to Aaron and Jackie's knowledge, their family had a secret that they didn’t know of. Aaron was hurt by his mother and he started to go around the shed to find things that are familiar. When he did he realized that everything in the shed had a binary connection with each other. He saw something new but was lumpen about it believing in the things that was being used now. As he continued with his little search he noticed that he started to see through things, and that’s when everything went dark, as if someone or something had taken his vision. He could hear his sister calling him, but he couldn’t see where she was, but as he listened he started to see things, some that he couldn’t figure out. He started to move towards the sound of his sister, and along the way he could see footprints but when he finally got to his sister, he could see that she was different. She had ears and a tail, and when he hugged her, his vision wasn’t dark, it finally cleared and she looked normal. This put panic in him because he didn’t know what to believe, as he went to move, he finally saw what he didn’t want to believe, shpe had a tail. Jackie started to come back to her senses and felt different, as if a part of her was missing. She then looked at her brother with terror in her eyes. All she could get out was “brother why do u have horns and a tail? What is going on? I’m scared.” Aaron was confused by her asking that he felt fine but when he touched his head he felt horns, and that’s when he told Jackie that she had a tail and ears like a wolf. After talking for a bit about what was going on, they heard their mother, but her voice was different. That’s when they finally saw her, with horns and a tail. She explained to them that they were not humans but they had to adapt to the new life as humans. When they turned fourteen they would become what they were. She told Jackie that she is a werewolf and that she takes after her father. Aaron was a devil like her, but he was different as he could see the future and the past. Aaron decided to think and what he heard amazed him, he could hear every thought anyone was thinking. While his sister can hear and smell from miles away. She could teleport anywhere she wanted. As they were talking, their grandparents showed up. Their grandmother was a giant black widow and their grandfather was a slim zombie creature. When they were all together Jackie had teleported them to a den, and to their surprise their dad was there. He was laying there on the ground sleeping but had picked up his ears and said hi to them all. They spent the whole night together as a family and eat food that was stored in the den. After eating and spending quality family time, they all went to sleep. That night, something horrible had happened.
