"One night trapped in the storm. Two bodies burning with a hunger they can no longer fight."

Elena knew she was playing with fire the moment she accepted the position at the isolated Vance estate. She expected professional boundaries, but her new boss, Julian Vance, doesn't follow any rules but his own. He is dominant, dangerously close, and completely unyielding.

When a fierce storm cuts them off from the rest of the world, the heavy, suffocating heat between them becomes impossible to ignore. Trapped in the dark, every shared breath feels like a sin, and every lingering gaze strips away her defenses. Julian’s cold, demanding facade melts into a raw, untamed intensity that demands total surrender.

Elena tries to resist, but the way his touch sets her skin on fire leaves her breathless, aching for more. In the depths of the shadows, wrapped in the wild rhythm of the rain, she learns exactly what happens when you give in to a temptation that is beautifully, devastatingly wet.

Will she survive the storm, or will she let his touch consume her entirely?

Untitled Episode
Chapter 1: The Weight of the Rain The rain wasn’t just falling; it was punishing the mountain. Elena gripped the steering wheel, her knuckles white as the windshield wipers struggled against the endless sheets of water. The headlights of her old sedan barely cut through the thick, suffocating darkness of the winding roads leading up to the Vance estate. She had been warned that Julian Vance’s private sanctuary was isolated, but as the dense forest closed in around her, this felt like the literal edge of the world. And she was stepping right into it, desperate for a fresh start. When she finally pulled up to the massive, gothic-style stone mansion, the engine died with a pathetic sputter. Absolute silence swallowed her, broken only by the violent, rhythmic drumming of the storm against the roof. Elena took a deep breath, trying to calm the sudden, erratic beating of her heart. It’s just a job, she reminded herself, staring at the towering entrance. Just a professional arrangement. But the moment she opened the car door, the freezing wind ripped through her defense. The torrential rain drenched her clothes within seconds, the fabric clinging to her skin like a cold, demanding second hand. Shivering violently and gasping for air, she ran up the stone steps and knocked on the massive wooden front door. The door swung open almost instantly, as if she had been watched. Elena stepped into the dimly lit foyer, wiping the cold water from her eyes, but the words of apology died in her throat. Standing directly in front of her was Julian Vance. He was taller than she had imagined, his broad shoulders casting a long, intimidating shadow across the firelit room. He wore a dark, tailored shirt with the top buttons undone, revealing the hard, tense line of his collarbone. But it was his eyes that made Elena freeze entirely—dark, piercing, and completely unreadable. Julian didn’t say a word. Instead, his gaze traveled slowly, deliberately down her body. He watched the way her soaked shirt clung to her chest, tracing the rapid, terrified rise and fall of her breath, before moving down to her trembling legs. The air between them instantly turned thick, heavy with an unvoiced tension that made a sudden heat rise to Elena’s cheeks despite the freezing rain. "You're late," Julian said. His voice was a low, gravelly baritone that vibrated right through the floorboards—and straight down Elena’s spine. He stepped closer, his shadow completely enveloping her. "And you're soaked to the bone." Before she could answer, his large, warm hand reached out, his long fingers gently gripping the lapel of her wet coat. His knuckles lightly brushed against the bare skin of her collarbone. The contrast was electric—his skin was burning hot against her freezing flesh. He carefully peeled the heavy jacket off her shoulders, leaving her standing before him in nothing but her thin, damp shirt, completely vulnerable to his gaze. "Come to the fire," he commanded softly, his dark eyes locking onto hers with absolute authority. "Do you take off the shirt, Elena... or do I?"
