Cult gangs are the biggest and strongest ones and the ones with the prime power because they are all headed either by billionaires or multibillionaires. And, the members are either the deadliest goons and mafia or the deadliest goons and mafia got so much power that they can easily destroy entire countries. so lovely and peaceful right :).
