12|His Mate?

I get a text from Gabbie telling me she's outside getting out of the cab. I quickly put on my jacket and run down the stairs. It's 8 am and it might be a little chilly. I throw the door open and run to gabbi who is pulling her suitcase out of the car. "Gabbi." I yell before hugging her tight "Hey." she breaths with a smile. "Geez you're making me feel like the prince that just saved Rapunzel." she laughs.

I move back so she can get her suitcase out of the car. "Sorry I just missed you." I smile.

The cab driver pulls off once she closes the trunk. "Damn you really have to stay in the middle of the forest." she smirks "Yeah but it not all bad." we turn and start walking towards the house when I spot Emilio and Jacob walk out of the forest. 

My jaw drops as he talks to Jacob with a frown. His hair is blowing in the wind and I instantly want my hands running through it. His abs move as he breaths and I imaging my fingers running down them. I bite my lip when he looks at me with those sexy hazel eyes. My breath catches in my throat when he runs his hand through his hair and bites his lip. Such a f*****g tease.

Jacob looks in our direction and smiles when he sees me. He waves and I wave back instantly regretting it when they made their wave over to me. 

Emilios eyes travel over to my friend Gabbi and his wolf instantly goes crazy. I look at my friend Gabbie and her wolf has also gone crazy. My heart sinks to the bottom of my stomach. Are they mates? He takes a deep breath before breaking the distance. He doesn't stand in front of her and I'm kind of glad. I didn't want Emilio to meet his mate just yet but it appears he has.

With my best friend no less. "Whats up Delilah. Who is this?" he asks with a warm smile? Emilio looks over at her and I can feel the jealousy rise in my stomach. "She's my best friend." I reply to Jacob. "Yes my name is Gabbi." She holds out her hand and Jacob shakes it. "Nice to meet you." then she holds out her hand to Emilio and I frown.

He hasn't looked at me this whole time. His eyes have been on Gabbi the entire time. I bite my lip, I shouldn't be thinking like this. I should be happy for Gabbi. So how come I feel so angry.

He shakes her hand and they linger for a little longer than normal before she breaks her hand away slowly. Then Emilios eyes find mine. "You okay?" he mouths. I roll my eyes at him and turn to Gabbi. "We should get going." I smile. She nods and walks ahead of me. 

I feel Emilio grab my arm gently and I almost melt. "Hey Why are you ignoring me?" I turn to him with a smile. "Why would I be ignoring you." I ask.

He turns his head to look at Jacob who isn't listening at all. He moves closer and whispers. "After I kicked you out I figured you would." I roll my eyes "You mean after you didn't reply to my message." he stays quiet "No I'm not mad I just did what you told me to do. I called up my mate and let him have me."  his grip tightens "What." he clenched his jaw. 

"I need to get back to my friend." I glare at him before walking away. I let myself go too easy on him. If I want him to cave I have to play hard to get. He watches me as I walk up the porch and close the door behind me. I give Jacob one final wave before leaving.

Once I walk in David and Felicity are greeting my guest. "Oh that's so nice Gabbi I'm glad my daughter had someone with her throughout high school."

"It was your daughter who made my high school life better. Honestly, I would still be a party animal without her." Gabbi laughs.

I break her from the conversation and walk her upstairs to my room. "And finally my room." I walk in and plop down on the bed. "What a fancy room." she plops down next to me making me bounce. "And a exhausting ass flight. Did you know I had to sit by an old guy who snores?" she giggles "Couldn't be as bad as driving all the way here." I cross my arms and tap her shoulder with mine. "Oh yeah that's worse." we both laugh.

"So who's that hot neighbor you have?" I try to hide my frown "His name is Emilio. I'm friends with his friend group." I say "How could anyone want to be friend with that sexy piece of meat.

I scrunch up my face pretending to be disgusted. In all honesty I wanted that sexy piece of meet. I want him to devour me and turn me into the water that sits next to him.

"Your eyes we're glowing earlier. Is he your mate?" I ask 

She turns to me with a smile. "Something like that our bond isn't that strong." so he was her mate. How unfortunate.

I get up off the bed and throw her the remote from the TV. "Comedy movies?" I ask and she nods "Comedy movies."

She turns on the TV and scrolls through the channels.

*Emilio*

I put on my best shirt and pants as I get ready for dinner with Felicity and her daughter. After I met her friend she seemed sad at the way I was acting. If I was in her shoes I would have thought that she was my mate. Her friend turns out to be a Golden like me.

I was surprised to see another Golden and my wolf couldn't hide his excitement. If I had s*x with another Golden I could bite them however much I wanted and not kill them. My wolf was very tempted to have her, except I'm not interested. 

I don't want the dark-haired raven with green eyes. I want the blonde blue eyed sexy girl I can't stop thinking about. I don't want her to look at me with sad eyes like she did earlier. I want her excited eyes while I kiss her and her happy eyes when I make her smile.

I need to get it together.

I finish making myself look presentable before finally heading down the stairs to my waiting dad. He has on one of the shirts Felicity bought him. "You ready?" he asks 

"Yeah."

We leave the house locking the door behind us and walk over to the house next door. My father does a special knock and Felicity answers with a loving smile. "Hey David." she kisses him on the cheek. "Hello beautiful." her eyes travel to me. "Oh I didn't know you were bringing guests tonight." she holds out her hand to me.

"Hello my name is Felicity." 

"I'm Emilio, Davids son." I lower my head waiting for her reaction. "Why didn't you tell me you had a son?" she furrows her brows. "I didn't want you to know I come with a lot of baggage."

"David I wouldn't not love you because of your baggage. I have a child too." she smiles stepping aside to let us in. We both walk in. My dad stays behind and I stroll trying to find the kitchen. Once I do I find Delilah wearing the cutest nightgown and socks. 

She's smiling at her friend who is making plates for everyone. God, she looks amazing. As if she feels my eyes on her she turns to look at me. Her breath catches in her throat and her lips part as if ready for my tongue.

I let my eyes wander up and down her body and she bites her lip and watches my Adam apple go up and down. Her friend turns around and smiles at me. "Well hello didn't expect to see you here." her friend does a nervous giggle. She's wearing the same clothes she came here with. She can pass off as pretty but I prefer my Delilah.

My Delilah? What the f**k!

"Yeah it was a last minute thing." 

"U-Uh you-you can sit here." Delilah stutters and I smirk at her. She's so cute.

I sit at the seat she directs me too. Her friend sits down next to me and Felicity and my father join the table. Delilah takes a seat that's also next to me.

"I'm glad you could join us for dinner Emilio. Tell me something about you."

I take my fork and dig in. She made chicken fajitas and it's very good. I haven't had a home-cooked meal in a while. "I'm 20 years old and I'm planning on moving out next year and leaving this city," I say putting more food in my mouth.

"Oh really have you decided on a college?" she asks "I haven't decided yet. I want to get my new place before I decide that." I add

"What about you Gabbi," she asks 

"I'm going to a college in New York. I already applied and have been approved." Gabbi says proudly. "Oh, that's amazing. My daughter has been hanging around the right crowd." 

20 minutes of talking and eating and the whole table are laughing at my dad's cheesy jokes. I can't help my hand from wondering up Delilah's thigh. She goes still and her smile fades. She looks at me with a lot of lust in her eyes.

I slide my finger over her panties and her thighs clamp shut. She bites her lip and I smile. I need to get her upstairs in her room naked in front of me. I continue to create friction to get her on. She starts breathing hard and I know what she wants.

Me:I need you upstairs now!

Delilah: I can't, they will know something is up.

Me: Tell them you need to go check something and I'll go to the bathroom.

She doesn't hesitate with her excuse and goes upstairs. I wait a few minutes before using my excuse. I walk up the stairs and look around from her room. It doesn't take me long since she pulls me in locking the door behind her.

I push her into the wall and our lips connect. She jumps up and I catch her as her legs wrap around my waist. 

"You better not leave me on this time," she growls before jerking her waist against my hard.
