"Fel!", one. "Fel!", two. "Fel!", three. then, I turned around with a teasing smile to face my favorite driver. "Hi there Jack!" I replied with a teasing smile. sigh " Why do you do this to me every time? I know that you can hear me the first time that I called you, right?" Jack asked with annoyance written all over his face. “I do, it’s just that it is so fun annoying you, Jack,” I replied with a giggle on my face. Don’t get me wrong, I love Jack, he is like my second father because he has been with me ever since I was seven. “Your Highness, are you aware that it is your first day in college and you are getting late?” asked Jack while I was still busy playing with Leu and Bunnie, my cats. Damn, I am getting late. “Looser gets the shotgun seat,” I said while running towards the garage. Jack has always been a good man to me and my family, and as much as I want him driving, I want him to just sit and relax sometimes because lately, I can see that he is somehow struggling to raise his annoying son alone. As I fasten my seatbelt, I can see how Jack just smiled in defeat while opening the car door. “Hop in, young prince!” I giggled. As I walked out the door, I waved Jack goodbye “Take care!” I shouted and headed towards my friends waiting for me at the kiosks. “What took you so long?” asked Alex while holding Nami’s bag. “Sorry, guys. I lost track of time.” “what’s new, Fel?” Nami answered and then gave me a big hug. “I miss you so much, Fel,” said Nami as I hugged her back. “Where is Bianca?” I asked, “Oh, you guess.” Said Nami and Alex in unison. Well, Bianca isn’t Bianca without her signature “First-day sucks” line. Surely, she wouldn’t attend today’s orientation. As we walked towards the complex, drum beats, cheers, and different kinds of magic welcomed us for the Freshies Walk of Fame. Imagine having flying broomsticks under thunder inside a complex. Chaos. As we paved our way toward our respective seats, a lady holding an iPad greeted us. “Welcome, royalties!” she happily said while raising her hands into thin air. Alex awkwardly smiled at her while Nami shook her hands. “Good day Miss Peterson” I greeted beside Nami. Miss Peterson is the school’s royal headmistress. She is married to the king of Euclid, King Lucas. Their kingdom is the second most powerful kingdom next to Astral, our kingdom. While Nami and Alex on the other hand are both royalties from Igrol and Rewp. Alex’s face frowned after hearing our greetings towards Miss Peterson. We all hate Miss Peterson because we know why she is approaching us right now- to bribe us into joining her so-called circle which is led by no other than his son, Gio. Gio holds one of the weakest pyr powers in this university which is suspicious because his father- the king, hosts the greatest pyr and Miss Peterson is undeniably the host of a good skill as well. It is not like we don’t want to join Gio’s group because of his powers, but it is because of how boastful and arrogant he is because of his title as a son of the greatest pyr bearer of all. Some say that Gio’s powers are not weak at all and that Gio has been hiding his full capacity this whole time, and others believe that Gio’s power is already at its maximum capacity knowing how boastful Gio is and how he will not hesitate to show it to everyone if he is that strong. “Hi girls” a high-pitched voice from across the room shouted. Ugh, another one. Kim, together with her two side-kicks Rose and Anne approached us. “What if we just walk away and act as if we didn’t see them, right?” Alex asked knowing how Nami hates this group of girls. “Nope, we face them today. They won’t stop bugging us unless they get what they want anyway.” Nami answered. Scared of how capable Nami’s mind control power can be, I interfered. “What do you want, Kim?” I asked. Kim just smirked and greeted Alex, “Hey there, A. I saw your game last time, Congratulations, champ!” added Kim. Alex just scoffed and faced Nami, “Let’s just find our seats” he added and held Nami’s hand ignoring Kim. I then walked past Kim, until Rose spoke “Where is Sean, Fel?” as if she was teasing me. Sean is my ex who cheated on me with Rose. Tsk. “Oh, can’t find your dog, my dear? Try looking for other ladies' peaches. He usually lurks around them when he’s bored.” I answered then walked away as I looked at Rose’s mouth slightly open for the answer she got. She deserves it anyway. Unbeknownst to me, I bumped into this guy wearing a red flannel with headphones on his ears. “Look where you’re going, Missy” The guy irritatingly removed his headphones to turn around and face me. “I’m sorry” I nervously replied. Damn, I am never this nervous when it comes to this kind of situation. His aura is different. His eyes were authoritative, his jaw was well defined, and his flannel fitted in his biceps area as if it were tailored just for him. “tsk” he replied and turned his back on me. I’ve never seen him before, damn. Just who is he?
