At that moment, I instinctively threw myself into Russell's arms. The familiar scent hit me, and for a moment, I was dazed, forgetting that I was still in disguise.
There was no time to think. I heard Nelson shout, "Shoot that woman!"
My heart tightened, and I couldn't help but frown. What did he mean by "shoot that woman"?
Nelson clearly wanted to use this opportunity to kill Russell as well.
