She's on her back with stuffed animals surrounding her and the TV comes on after the man fiddles with some buttons on the remote. The music is too cheerful and happy to her liking and she twists around so that she's on her belly so she can drag herself towards the TV and change he channel into something less agonizingly boring and preppy, but just turning enough is exhausting and she flops onto her belly with her head propped up on a stuffed animal.
