Chapter Seven: Bottle and KnotDaddy is lifting her out of the bed when she wakes from her afternoon nap.
"Daddy?" She blinks awake slowly, unsure of why Daddy's picking her up. It's not time for her afternoon feeding yet.
To her surprise, he puts her on the changing table even though she's not dirty and takes of her nappy off. "Did Chase play with you today, baby girl?" His fingers are trembling and he looks unhappy even though his voice is calm.
"Uh huh," she mumbles, still not quite awake. She wants to sleep a little bit more, so she closes her eyes and drowses, letting Daddy do whatever he wants with her. Maybe he wants to make sure Chase got the plug inside of her the right way. Daddy trusts Chase, but he's kind of anal about getting everything the way he wants it. She snorts. Anal.
