It’s been a few days since AJ arrived. I admit I was emotionally spent. I had a session with my therapist over everything that happened in the course of 24 hours.
Adam decided to join me at the gym. His excuse was the dad bod he is getting, but I know he needed to work out frustrations as well. Everything that happened the night AJ was born is crashing down on everyone.
“Austin is here?” I asked Adam as we pulled into the parking lot. I spotted Austin’s car as soon as I pulled in.
“Yeah, he asked to join us.” Adam replied.
“I thought Austin had a gym he went to?” I asked Adam.
“He does, But it doesn’t have a boxing ring like this one has.” Adam replied.
“Austin wants to box? I guess we all have frustrations to work out.” I mumbled.
