“Nervous?” Kevin asked me as we waited in the doctor’s office.
“A little, I’m expecting the doctor to say, no you are not pregnant, it’s just gas or something to me.” I told Kevin.
He smiled and pulled me close to him. I felt him kiss the top of my head, he didn’t say anything back to me.
The door opened and my doctor walked into the room with a yellow folder in her hand.
“Hello, so congratulations, you are definitely pregnant.” My doctor said as she opened my folder and read from it.
“Oh wow.” Was all I managed to get out. I felt Kevin hold me tighter hearing the doctor confirm.
“So, let’s do an exam, and an ultrasound to figure out how far along you are ok. I will give you a minute to get undressed and on the table.” She said to us.
