Faiban's P.O.V

I stroked her hair whilst she slept, she was so beautiful and I couldn't believe I have become this lucky. Her bump is ever growing and her due date was nearing quickly, we needed to sort out the split of factions soon so our son can be born into a world that is united. Her eyelashes fluttered and her eyes opened, I looked at her and smiled she never fails to make me feel proud and happy. “Good morning your majesty, we best get you and our little man fed before we leave” I say “Can't we stay in bed just for a little while longer” she said stroking my face, running her fingers down my mark sending shivers down my spine “didn't you get enough last night sweetheart?” I said pulling her closer to me, her eyes glowed gold and I loved it when she showed me her wolf “good morning Sky” I say making Ava's smile widen “how do you do that?” she asked.  

“Do what know when Sky's surfacing? I might not be a wolf Ava but I have powers you are yet to see” I say leaning in and kissing her gently “come on let's go eat, I heard your stomach growling in your sleep” I say playfully. She slapped my arm before standing up “fine spoil sport” she says, before stomping off to the bathroom, it was hard not grabbing her walking around my room naked. I look through the closet and find her a dress to wear she needs to look powerful, I pick out a black dress with a burgundy trim. She comes out of the shower and eyes the dress I've picked, “that's a bit of a statement piece isn't it?” she said looking at me questionably “you need to show your power and dominance Ava” I say authority in my voice and she nods.

Adrien gets ready to meet with us and so does Brett and Lana just in case this all goes side ways, Ivan stands by side as we teleport to vampire territory. “Are you okay?” I ask Ava as I can feel her emotions, she's anxious “I will be fine, just being here makes my skin crawl” she says, I can see the revolt in her face. I hold her hand brushing her skin with my thumb hoping to calm her, everyone turns up just after us “dad” ava calls “it's okay I'm here petal, were all here to support you, you can do this remember the colour of your wolf!” he says kissing the top of her head, I don't understand the comment but I feel the confidence grow in Ava and she growls lowly. “No turning back now” I say to them all nodding towards the coven.

“Tell who ever has taken charge they have special visitors” I say in my authoritative voice, the young man looks at me and then snaps his head towards Ava his crimson eyes widen in shock and he looks nervous, he bows to Ava “right away your majesty” he says, still looking at Ava. Were greeted by a woman her hair was dark and long her eyes dark crimson, that shows that she's recently fed. We walked into there large hall and all of the coven had gathered, some where snarling others where gobsmacked, some even bowed to Ava.

There head woman was called Isabella “Listen up!” she shouted “your queen demands your attention” she says loudly before bowing to Ava and stepping to the side. I saw Ava take a deep breath and then her eyes changed colour they where ice cold blue, Isla was giving her the strength she needed. “My name is Ava, I am your queen and I carry the future heir to this throne, pledge your allegiance to us and we can all live in harmony” she shouted out loudly with dominance evident in her voice.

One man stepped forward, he looked filled with rage “You killed the king and yet you claim to carry his heir, your not fit to sit in his throne” he shouted before stepping forward. Seeing this kind of disrespect made Sky take to the surface “How dare you speak to me with such insolence, I am an Alpha with royal blood, I am a Fey princess and an Oracle I am your chosen Queen! I carry your future king, step out of line again and I will make you beg for death!” the man's body contorted in different angles and I knew it was Ava that was doing it to him, I stepped forward and stroked her hand, she released the man.

The man bowed down trembling in fear and so did everyone else, I stood proud of my beautiful queen she was astonishing. She turned to me and gave me a look that she was satisfied, “I will be appointing someone to monitor you all, to make sure you don't step out of line and if any of you do you will be answering to me” she roared across the large hall making sure all that where present knew that she was being true to her word. “Queen Ava!” Isabella shouted loudly before they all started chanting.

“Well that was easier than I thought” I said smiling at Ava but she didn't smile back “I can tell some of them aren't on board Faiban, they don't believe in me, we need to be prepared for an attack” she says, “Ava you can't fight your heavily pregnant and due any day now!” I said to her reminding her that she has to be careful “I'm not leaving your side Ava, I think its time we talk to your pack” I say lowly so only she would hear me.

We teleport back to Ava's suite and she looked exhausted “Let's get you changed and fed and then we can gather everyone, if your okay with it Alpha” I say smirking at her, “Yes your highness” she says sarcastically “give me a hand getting this big royal dress off” she says looking me up and down, “I will help you get changed Alpha but no funny business, we have more to do and you already look warn out” I say, “Oh so flattering” she says sticking her tongue out at me. As much as I would happily destroy the dress and take her, I'm scared our little boy will be here any day now.

Adrien had gathered the pack and the fey people, Ava stood fidgeting I could feel how nervous she was “Ava let Sky take control if you can't handle it” I say rubbing her back “No I need to do this Faiban, I can't keep relying on my Lycan or my fey to take charge of a situation” she says, I felt her fear but I also felt her dominance and I was not about to argue with the only supernatural being that could actually kill me. Ava stood on the platform with me, Adrien, Lana and Brett surrounding her.

She took a deep breath again before speaking clearly “I have called this meeting, many of you may have noticed I'm pregnant. I know I haven't been around a lot of late but after being captured, tortured and r***d I couldn't face any of you” she said and there was some gasps in the audience gathered “I'm carrying the child of the late vampire king” another round of chatter erupts “silence!” she shouts with such authority the ground shook beneath us “the moon goddess Celeste, she granted me a second mate, Faiban here is the king of demons, most of the vampires pledge allegiance to us.”

She sighed deeply before she continued and I could feel the anguish inside her “I appreciate that some of you may no longer want me for your Alpha and if so I will willingly step down, but I took an oath an I will continue to up hold that until I'm no longer in charge, I have seen a vision that together we can stand united and we can make a change, he can make a change” she said looking down and holding her ever growing stomach, “I will put it to a vote but please put your votes in by tonight, the vampires that don't want to pledge allegiance are moving in to attack and I'm afraid time is not on our side” she said bowing her head she started to walk off the stage, but before she could Emilia spoke “I Queen Emilia pledge my allegiance to Alpha Ava and her new mate the demon king” she said bowing her head. Many followed bowing, by the time her foot had hit the last step she was frozen to her place in shock. Everyone bowed to her and I felt the confidence grow inside her “then it is time to plan our fight!” she shouts, cheers resonate through the crowd.
