CHAPTER 15:
TO FIND A GHOST
The place of the deal was a big abandoned construction site – there were two ruined six-storied buildings and a wide path between them, most of it with unfinished, messed up and dirty pavement. Jason was on the top floor of the first building, The Stranger was on the second one – now he was without his hat and with a black T-shirt (he had a crew-cut and muscular physique). From the top floors the visibility was clear, and anyone who came within half a mile could have been seen – Jason was covering one half of the place, The Stranger was covering the other half. They both were standing on dark windows in a prone position with digital binoculars. Down on the path there were two trucks with four men inside (two in each truck), Crowe was there too.
