“Good morning Jackson, I know you just got back but I have a customer that is having an issue with these Pal Nuts working in their application. Brenda and Kelly are not being very helpful, they just keep telling me to come back to you. If you have some time, do you think you can help me with this? I really need to tell the customer something,” the exasperated gentleman asked as he stood in front of Jackson, lost at what he should do or how to appropriately handle the situation.
“Sure Ryan, I would be glad to help, has anyone contacted the vendor yet?” Jackson asked as she carefully looked over the samples that Ryan had given her.
