Chapter 10
“Hi Jackson, are you available for dinner tonight?”
As Jackson started her car after another pain staking and frustrating day, she had to re-read the text that had come through a few minutes earlier. It took a minute to decide how to answer back being that she was unsure if she even wanted to speak to Alexandria again on a personal level.
As it turned out, Alexandria had not come to the branch that day as scheduled but was in town, so Jackson knew she would have to speak to her sooner or later; there was no doubt that she would see and talk to her over the next two days.
