The story went on to say that Overman was also being questioned about the kidnapping of another woman in Metairie. Tim Cole had done his job well! He managed to gather several facts about the two cases linked to Jon Overman. The front-page news managed to cause quite a stir among the locals. Cole had spoken to Sheriff Lee. Lee managed to get the name of the informant out of Tim Cole. Lee was furious and was bound and determined to get Jack Cogent.
