CHAPTER ONE.

Heyyy....... Henry said as he ran to grab Alora who was dangling and was about to fall from the ladder she was on. Ahhh..... Alora screamed in fear as she was falling. Boom! Henry cut her, and the paper files which she was holding started flying down to the floor. Both, still in shock of what just happened, stared at each other with different thoughts going through their heads.

Woah! where did he come from? he caught me and saved that's nice Alora thought in her mind.

Men, she is so cute but who is she? and what is she doing here? Henry said in his mind and smiled admiring her beauty.

Hey, would you let me go or you're planning to stare at me all day long? Alora asked rudely instead of being appreciative.

You should be thanking me. I just saved your life. Henry protested still holding on to Alora who was trying to control her mind and herself from thinking that Henry was Woah! handsome" but it was true. She just wasn't ready to accept that fact at all.

Well, I said let go of me. Alora said rudely again. Ok, your wish. Henry replied as he let go of her then she fell hard on the floor.

Ouch.. don't you have manners, how could you just let go of me like that? Alora asked angrily as she stood up and dusted herself clean. Gosh some human beings are just unbelievable she said to herself.

Really, unbelievable? I caught someone from falling and instead of the person thanking me she says am unbelievable Henry said to himself has he rolled up his eyes.

Why catch me if you would let me go in such rude way Alora said to hom angrily and made a face of "hmmhhh!" speak now.

Just imagine what she is saying, you didn't even thank me for catching you in the first place Henry said to her feeling proud of himself as in "I did something great."

Wow! that is just wow. you were the cause of me falling down in the first place. If you hadn't startled me I wouldn't have lost my balance and fell and by the way, I would have happily fell down and rise myself up cuz; in the end, I still fell down so tell me, what are you feeling proud of mtchew. She said and hissed bending down to pick up the files of paper that fell on the floor when she was falling.

What! you were the one that asked me to let go of you and I did. Henry said as he also bent down to help her in picking up the paper files.

I meant nicely not like that. She said with a calm voice. I didn't know you could speak in such calm tune Henry said looking at her. She gave him a glance and rolled her eyes and continue to pick up the paper files.

You know am a gentle and am also calm Henry said to her as their hands had touched one another in the process of picking up a paper. You don't seem like one to me. She replied in tune that shows she was still upset, then, she removed her hands from under his and moved a bit from him going to another side to pick up other papers.

When you said I startled what did you mean? did you mean I was scary? he asked her nicely as both were staring at themselves. No that was not I meant. she replied. So, what did you mean?

What I meant was, I wasn't expecting anyone to come in here and then you came in unexpected. I was bond to be startled isn't it? she said to him and continue what she was doing.

Well, sorry about that, I was not expecting anyone in this room just same way you weren't expecting anyone to come here and when I heard sounds coming from here I came to check immediately thinking an intruder had intruded. Then I found something different and much more, well....

Well, what? and you said different what did you mean by that? she asked has she stopped what she was doing and starred at him for reply.

Why are you talking to me in fiery way now? Henry asked her jokingly

Gosh! and yet you are gently right? she said to herself trying to indirectly tell Henry how not so quiet he is, then, she proceeded with what she was doing.

Henry came closer to her and held her hand to stop her from what she was doing and both looked at each other for a moment with their face so close to each other like they were about to kiss.

Ofcourse am gentle, you just need to know me well that is all. He said starring at her as if love had just blossomed in the air.

Yeah, right! Alora said as she let her hand go from his. Has she was standing up, suddenly the lights went off. Gosh! this is why I hate staying in a room with liars she said to herself as she was walking towards where she could check what was wrong with the light she then slipped on a paper and in a rush Henry cut her in his arms.

Ouch! she expressed in pain as she fell. You'r fine cuz I cut you in my arms Henry said looking at her emotionally like a connection was been formed.

You know, I heard what you said. Henry said sweetly not been upset. What did i say? she asked in soft tune like someone who had just realized how love really felt like for the first time. Well, you said you hate staying in a room with lairs, funny enough, it just me and you here which means you were talking to me. But you know, you shouldn't just jugde someone like that he said to he.

Em.... well, i didn't mean it that way she replied softly breathing slowly like in a way of her not been able control the sound of a rhythme playing in heart.

Really? Henry asked in a way that he was not really expecting a reply. Both starred at each other romantically, then the lights came back but neither of them realised this more like both were lost in the thought of each other.

Alora!!! Mrs. Dorcas called out to her but no reply. Its been a while and she isn't back with the files yet she said to her friend Mrs. Fletcher who was seating with her in the parlour awaiting Alora and the files she was sent to bring.

What do you feel within you? Henry ask trying to know her mind. What! Wah..... what Oh God. She said as she stood up right realizing that she hasn't submitted the files to those who were awaiting it.

Hey what is up with you now? I just saved you and not a thank you that is bad of you. Henry said jokingly. Has you can see am busy so if you could keep your dumb jokes to yourself I would apprecaite she said rudely as she picked up the remaining papers and walkout of the room in a rush.

Anyways, you still owe me double thank you Henry said out loud to her as she was walking out.
