DANTE’S POV  The silence hit like a blade, not pain worse…absense. I was so used to the pain that came with it being Selene by now but the pain that I often felt was nothing like this. The silence that I had been drowning in wasn’t anything like this, this was something new, something that signaled a truth that I wasn’t ready to face yet.
