Sarah's pov: I nodded showing that I'm paying attention to my friends gossips. This is what I do all day. Faking myself infront of people's, so that they won't be mad at me for being a spoiled brat. I checked the time on my wrist again and again, wanting to escape as from here as soon as possible. I don't belong here. "I have to go I'm sorry I have pending assignments" i said to my friend Ella as I stand up from my seat. Lie. We were having a get-together with our old high school friends, because we missed them (not me), we go all to separate colleges to achieve our dreams. Fame. She looked up to look at me and frown but end up nodding, letting it go. I pulled out some money from my pocket for paying my bill, as I kept the money on table and made my way out. Like I said before I don't belong here. I made my way out of restaurant. I walked to parking where i parked my car t stopped near the car as i eye spotted the cats in the corner of other car which was on my right side, the corner of my lip twisted. I got into my car and drive back to my house. I really do hate everything. I wish to disappear sometimes I wish to drive as fast as I can to see if I can make it alive, the only thing that can get my mind off suicidal thoughts is lana del rey and Taylor Swift. My comfort place? I connected the speaker of car with my phone as the music started playing 'say yes to heaven by lana del rey' I started singing along when my favourite part started. I got out of car not caring to park it. I made my way to my house. My only love is my room. I opened the door and got to my bed and dropped on it, it was long day I closed my eye for a while as I thought why i fake myself? Why I care about people who just pretend to care about me? I didn't realise but end up taking nap for hours. I waked up as I heard my phone ringtone. I searched for my phone not bothering to open my eyes. I find it still not opening my eye as i accept the call "Hello?" I spoked to the person who is on other hand in sleeping manner "Our we talking to sarah?" The person who's on other hand respond I got annoyed like if u called on Sarah's number then who TF will accept the call?? Ur goddam mommy?? Im annoyed because they disturbed my sleep. "No your mommy" So i end up giving sarcastic response and end the phone I get up from bed. Now sleep is nowhere so i should read some books yehh The second thing I love the most is my books They're my escape from this reality. They turned my fake smile into real one. Before I grab my books I picked up my phone from bed where i thrown after cutting the call. Yes my priorities. I opened to see the notification I got. -New books are releasing soon!! I opened the w*****d to see if my favourite books got new chapters or not Before I can open w*****d. I got disturbed as I hear knock on my door. I know how it is. "Yes, mom? What do you want?" I said trying not to be annoyed. The second thing I love is when someone disturbs me "I just want to check up on you, are you going to library today?" She said from another side of door I screamed internally how can I forgot?? Today the first copy of love in the air is going to air how can I forgot I got up immediately and opened the door. As I meet her confused experience. "Thankyou for reminding me mom. Im going." All i said as I made myself out of house not hearing another word she said I run as fast as I can to library. The wind is touching my skin as I'm running if my life depends on it. I stopped in front of library breathing so hard as I reached there. I opened the door nd got inside. I don't need to go to bookstore for new books that has been Aired. I walked to counter as I smile widely "Hello Mrs. Prose, did it come?" I smile at her as i asked about book to her. Im so excited I can't explain what I'm feeling right now. Mrs prose is my closest friends. She's so kind and generous towards me. She alway buy new books and save it for me. I love her she's best. "Yes, over that corner." She said smiling at me with same energy as she points at corner "Thankyou Mrs. Prose so much." I said generously i meant it. "Anything for my favourite lady." she said and peck on my cheeks. I giggled at response And run to corner to see many new books. I kneeled down to pick mine but end up messing everything. There it comes love is in air as soon as I read title i grabbed it But there is one book that's catching my eye it's so beautifull covered i got attracted to this one too i picked up this one too. I picked my books and I'm on my way to read this masterpiece. I got corner of the library to read books I don't like getting disturbed inbetween when specially I'm reading like o Said before I take a seat and sit as i opened nipoliance the book name The one that I got attracted. It's dark theme i guess the cover is so amazing dark green and mix of black so aesthetic This book seems to be old. Like it's of ancient time. Let's explore Another world today
