Olivia
I looked around the corridor and it looked clear. No guards. Good. But I strongly doubted they weren't stationed outside. But it was worth a try.
I opened the door slowly, peeking out. Huh. Maybe they were in the middle of a shift change or some sh*t. I don't know how Bratva works. A girl could dream.
I started speed walking down the driveway towards the giant gate. Hoping there would be a civilian gate I could get through. I turned around to double-check I wasn't being followed and slammed into a brick wall.
I sighed and looked up. A giant of a man was peering down at me, smirking. God was every man in Bratva a giant?
This guy had long hair in a bun and bright green eyes. He sported a beard, and I'd be lying if I didn't say he was handsome. But he was in my way currently, so his looks just annoyed me. Mikhail I think his name was. He and Ivan seemed close.
"Move." I tried to brush past him, and he stepped in front of me.
Alright buddy, you're starting to piss me off.
He could obviously see the annoyance on my face and smirked even harder. Di*k.
"Oh, I don't think so princess. Boss man made it very well known he would start bas*hing kneecaps in if you got away, and I enjoy walking." He grabbed me and flung me over his shoulder like I weighed nothing. I kicked and beat on his back, but I knew that was futile.
Da*n giants.
A few doorways and a set of stairs later he was knocking on a door.
"Come in."
Fu*k. I knew that voice. And he didn't sound too happy.
The door swung open and Mikhail dropped me into the chair across from Ivan. He lifted his brow, clearly not amused.
"Found her trying to sneak away boss. She almost thought she got away. "
What the fu*k was wrong with these two? Didn't they see how insane this all was?
"I see. Mind leaving us alone, Mikhail?"
"Sure thing boss." He nodded and left.
I wanted to scream for him to stay. Who knew what Ivan was going to do now.
Ivan
As soon as Mikhail walked in with Olivia draped over his shoulder, I had two thoughts.
One, her perfect a*s was way too close to his face, and we would have a discussion later. And two, I knew she was going to be difficult, but not the first day.
"Already being defiant? I bring you here to keep you safe, and you're already trying to run away princess?"
"It's not like I asked you to help me, Ivan. I was fully prepared to go back and face what I had to. Now I'm in even more danger thanks to you."
I stood suddenly. Fists balled. Jaw tight.
I stalked over to her like a predator. I saw her gulp. I had to remember she was used to men in her life hurting her. Physically and mentally.
But she was also strong. She could take a little dominance. Mine to be exact.
I walked behind her and leaned down, gripping the arm rest. I tilted my head, brushing her ear with my mouth.
She started figidting. Turned on perhaps? My little princess did like what I did to her. I could see it in her body language. She tried to hide it with words, but I could see it.
"You'll never go back to that place. Never become some scumbags obedient little wife. For him to be*t, ra*e. Never. I'll burn their whole world down before they lay a finger on you. So get comfortable and watch the show. And in the meantime, you'll let me pamper you. Show you how a real man should treat a woman."
She turned her head looking into my eyes. We were so close. I could smell her minty breath and her unmistakable scent. Peaches, and something light. Like ocean. She smelt so da*n good I wanted to bottle it up and keep it for myself. So I could smell it whenever I wanted.
"Fine. When they undoubtedly find me you'll remember you said that. That I'm putting you and everyone, including my beautiful niece in harms way. All for what? Control?"
But she didn't know how much power I actually had here. And I knew my MC brothers were more than capable of protecting mine. So ya, she was stuck with me.
I gently kissed her cheek and she melted, before tensing into her usual defensive body language.
"Go eat some breakfast. I'll find you after. We'll get you some clothes and whatever else you need. Get you reenrolled in school. You can study from here. Get that law degree."
She looked shocked. Like she didn't think I would know that. Well I did. I knew everything about her. Everything I could find publicly.
Well kind of.
Whiz also helped. And everything I found out about her, I enjoyed. She was smart. Very smart. Her brains matched her looks and made her irresistible. Her dark hair paired with whatever color highlights she decided at the time. Her honey-colored eyes. Her curvy waist and bubble a*s I wanted to sink my teeth into. Her delicate tattoos that covered her body. And I knew all the ones hiding under her clothes. Colorful, gentle.
I must have rendered her speechless because she stood and nodded. Walking towards the door.
"Ivan? Your girlfriend told me you wanted me to go back to the MC. I'm OK with that, ya know. Just say the word. I don't want to be a problem."
And with that she walked out. The door clicking softly behind her.
Girlfriend? I knew who she meant. And that bi*ch was crossing a line. I may have promised her dad I would protect her, but I would happily protect her by sending her to Russia and be protected by my Bratva friends there. She better not ruin this for me.
