Chapter 29 Raksami – or ‘Mr Ron’, as he was better known – stepped into his small house just outside of Krabi town, having finished another day of teaching English at the local school. The familiar sound of chirping birds greeted him as he put down his briefcase and hung up his linen jacket in the hallway. He and his partner, Deng, had lived there for five years.
